Fajr Taqeebaat — TheShia

1

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ علَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد

O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

2

وَٱهْدِنِي لِمَا ٱخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ

and guide me, by Your permission, to the right about which discrepancies have taken place.

3

إِنَّكَ تَهْدي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ

Verily, You guide him whom You wish to a straight path.

4

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

5

اَلْأَوْصِيَاءِ ٱلرَّاضِيـنَ ٱلْمَرْضِيِّينَ

the consenting and pleased Successors,

6

بِأَفْضَلِ صَلَوَاتِكَ

with the best of Your blessings,

7

وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِأَفْضَلِ بَرَكَاتِكَ

and confer upon them the best of your favors.

8

وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْهِمْ

Peace be upon them

9

وَعَلىٰ أَرْوَاحِهِمْ وَ أَجْسَادِهِمْ

and their souls and bodies.

10

وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon them.

11

اللّهُمَّ أَحْيِنِي عَلى ما أَحْيَيْتَ عَلَيْهِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طالِبٍ

O Allah, (please) make me live carrying the conducts on which You made `Ali the son of Abu-Talib live

12

وَأَمِتْنِي عَلى ما ماتَ عَلَيْهِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طالِبٍ عليه‌السلام

and make me die on the principles for which `Ali the son of Abu-Talib—peace be upon him—died.

13

أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

I pray the forgiveness of Allah and I repent before Him.

14

أَسْأَلُ ٱللَّهَ ٱلْعَافِيَةَ

I beseech Allah for good health.

15

أَسْتَجِيـرُ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ

I seek Allah’s protection against Hellfire.

16

وَ أَسْأَلُهُ ٱلْجَنَّةَ

I ask Him for Paradise.

17

أَسْأَلُ ٱللَّهَ ٱلْحُورَ ٱلْعِيـنَ

I ask Allah for the Paradisiacal Women.

18

لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْحَقُّ ٱلْمُبينُ

There is no god save Allah the King and evident Truth.

19

صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد

May Allah send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.

20

سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّه ِوَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَٱللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

All glory be to Allah,all praise be to Allah,there is no god save Allah Allah is the Greatest and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.

21

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ كَانَ وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.

22

أَصْبَحْتُ ٱللَّهُمَّ مُعْتَصِماً بِذِمَامِكَ ٱلْمَنِيعِ

O Allah, I have begun this morning seeking refuge with Your invulnerable security

23

ٱلَّذِي لاَ يُطَاوَلُ وَلاَ يُحَاوَلُ

that is neither touched nor caught

24

مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ غَاشِمٍ وَطَارِقٍ

against the evil of all oppressive and domineering ones

25

مِنْ سَائِرِ مَنْ خَلَقْتَ وَمَا خَلَقْتَ

from among all Your animate and inanimate creatures

26

مِنْ خَلْقِكَ ٱلصَّامِتِ وَٱلنَّاطِقِ

both the silent and the speaking;

27

في جُنَّةٍ مِنْ كُلِّ مَخُوفٍ

and being in protection against all terrifying things;

28

بِلِبَاسٍ سَابِغَةٍ

and being in the complete garb

29

وَلاَءِ أَهْلِ بَيْتِ نَبِيِّكَ

of my loyalty to the Household of Your Prophet;

30

مُحْتَجِباً مِنْ كُلِّ قَاصِدٍ لِي إِلىٰ أَذِيَّةٍ

and veiling myself against all those who intend harm to me,

31

بِجِدَارٍ حَصِينٍ

behind an impervious wall,

32

ٱلإِخْلاَصِ فِي ٱلإِعْتِرَافِ بِحَقِّهِمْ

which is my sincerity in the profession of their (Divinely commissioned) right (of leadership)

33

وَٱلتَّمَسُّكِ بَحَبْلِهِمْ

and my adherence to their Rope,

34

مُوقِناً أَنَّ ٱلْحَقَّ لَهُمْ وَمَعَهُمْ

and bearing with certainty that the Right is theirs, with them,

35

وَفيهِمْ وَبِهِمْ

in them, and amid them.

36

أُوَالِي مَنْ وَالَوْٱ

I thus accede to those whom they accept

37

وَأُجَانِبُ مَنْ جَانَبُوٱ

and depart those whom they depart.

38

فَأَعِذْنِي اَللَّهُمَّ بِهِمْ

O Allah, protect me, in the names of them,

39

مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ مَا أَتَّقيهِ يَا عَظِيمُ

against the evil of all that which I fear, O All-great.

40

حَجَزْتُ ٱلأَعَادِيَ عَنِّي بِبَدِيعِ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلأَرْضِ

I am restraining the enemies against me through the Originator of the heavens and the earth;

41

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْديهِمِ سَدّاً

“And We have set a bar before them

42

وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدّاً

and a bar behind them,

43

فَأَغْشَيْنَاهُمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يُبْصِرُونَ

and (thus) have covered them so that they see not.”

44

سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

All glory be to Allah, the All-great and in praise of Him;

45

وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

and there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.

46

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the Name of Allah the All-compassionate, the All-merciful;

47

لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

there is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high and All-great.

48

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد عَلَيْكَ

O Allah, I do beseech You, in the name of the right of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad that is incumbent upon You

49

صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد

to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

50

وَٱجْعَلِ ٱلنُّورَ فِي بَصَرِي

and to give light to my insight,

51

وَٱلْبَصِيـرَةَ فِي دِينِي

make me discerning in my religion,

52

وَٱلْيَقِيـنَ فِي قَلْبِي

have conviction in my heart,

53

وَٱلإِخْلاَصَ فِي عَمَلِي

sincerity in my deeds,

54

وَٱلسَّلاَمَةَ فِي نَفْسِي

safety in my self,

55

وَٱلسَّعَةَ فِي رِزْقِي

vastness in my sustenance,

56

وَٱلشُّكْرَ لَكَ أَبَداً مَا أَبْقَيْتَنِي

and perpetual thankfulness for You as long as you keep me alive.

57

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ

In the Name of Allah.

58

وَصَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وآلِهِ

May Allah bless Muhammad and his Household.

59

﴿وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ

“I confide my cause unto Allah.

60

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَصيرٌ بِٱلْعِبَادِ

Surely, Allah is Seer of His slaves.

61

فَوَقَاهُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا﴾

So, Allah warded off from him the evils which they plotted.”

62

﴿لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ

“There is no god save You. Be You Glorified!

63

إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّالِمِيـنَ

Lo! I have been a wrongdoer.

64

فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ ٱلغَمِّ

Then, We heard his prayer and saved him from the anguish.

65

وَكَذٰلِكَ نُنْجِي ٱلْمُؤْمِنينَ﴾

Thus do We save the believers.”

66

﴿حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ

“Allah is Sufficient for us! Most Excellent is He in Whom we trust.

67

فَٱنَقَلَبُوٱ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ

So, they returned with grace and favor from Allah,

68

لَمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ﴾

and no harm touched them.”

69

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ

Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass.

70

لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ

There is neither strength nor power save with Allah.

71

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ لاَ مَا شَاءَ ٱلنَّاسُ

Only that which Allah, but not people, wills shall come to pass.

72

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنْ كَرِهَ ٱلنَّاسُ

Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass even if people detest it.

73

حَسْبِيَ ٱلرَّبُّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْبُوبِيـنَ

Sufficient for me is the Lord against the lorded.

74

حَسْبِيَ ٱلْخَالِقُ مِنَ ٱلْمَخْلُوقِيـنَ

Sufficient for me is the Creator against the creatures.

75

حَسْبِيَ ٱلرَّازِقُ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْزُوقِيـنَ

Sufficient for me is the Sustainer against the sustained.

76

حَسْبِيَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَالَمِيـنَ

Sufficient for me is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

77

حَسْبِي مَنْ هُوَ حَسْبِي

Sufficient for me is He Who is sufficient for me.

78

حَسْبِي مَنْ لَمْ يَزَلْ حَسْبِي

Sufficient for me is He Who has been always sufficient for me.

79

حَسْبِي مَنْ كَانَ مُذْ كُنْتُ لَمْ يَزَلْ حَسْبِي

Sufficient for me is He Who had been since eternity and still sufficient for me.

80

﴿حَسْبِيَ ٱللَّهُ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ

“Allah suffices me. There is no god save Him.

81

عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ

In Him have I put my trust,

82

وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ﴾

and He is the Lord of the Tremendous Throne.”

83

يَا فَتَّاحُ

O Greatest Judge

84

لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاََّ بِٱللَّهِ

There is neither might nor power except with Allah.

85

تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْحَيِّ ٱلَّذِي لاَ يَمُوتُ

I put my trust in the Ever-living (Lord) Who never dies.

86

وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَداً

All praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a wife or a son

87

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي ٱلْمُلْكِ

and Who has not have a partner in the kingdom,

88

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ ٱلذُّلِّ

and Who has not have a helper to save Him from disgrace;

89

وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراً

and magnify Him with all magnificence.
