Maghrib & Isha Taqeebaat

Magrib and Isha TaqeebatRecited after the obligatory salats. — Sunset — Magrib — Magrib more — Sy.Fatima(sa) Magrib — Gufailah-Nafila — Isha — Isha more — Sy.Fatima(sa) Isha — Common-Res — 1.After reciting Tasbih al-Zahra', say the following invocation of blessings:

﴿إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلاَئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّون عَلَىٰ ٱلنَّبِيِّ

inna allaha wa mala'ikatahu yusalluna ʿala alnnabiyyi

"Surely, Allah and His angels bless the Prophet.

يَا أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذينَ آمَنُوٱ صَلُّوٱ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوٱ تَسْليماً﴾

ya ayyuha alladhina amanu sallu ʿalayhi wa sallimu tasliman

O you who believe! Call for Divine blessings on him and salute him with a becoming salutation."

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد ٱلنَّبِيِّ

allahumma salli ʿala muhammadin alnnabiyyi

O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad the Prophet,

وَعَلَىٰ ذُرِّيَّتِهِ وَعَلَىٰ أَهلِ بَيْتِهِ

wa ʿala dhurriyyatihi wa ʿala ahli baytihi

upon his offspring, and upon his Household.

2.From Imam Moosa al Kazim (a.s)without talking to anyone, say the following7 times:

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

bismi allahi alrrahmani alrrahimi

In the Name of Allah; the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظيِمِ

wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi alʿaliyyi alʿazimi

There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high, the All-great.

3.Then, repeat the following doxology three times:

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذي يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَاءُ

alhamdu lillahi alladhi yafʿalu ma yasha'u

All praise be to Allah Who does whatever He desires,

وَلاَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَاءُ غَيْرُهُ

wa la yafʿalu ma yasha'u ghayruhu

and none else can ever do whatever one desires save Him.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ

allahumma inni as'aluka mujibati rahmatika

O Allah! I beseech You for the motives of Your mercy,

وَعَزَائِمِ مَغْفِرَتِكَ

wa ʿaza'ima maghfiratika

the determining causes of Your forgiveness,

وَٱلنَّجَاةَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ وَمِنْ كُلِّ بِلِيَّةٍ

walnnajata mina alnnari wa min kulli baliyyatin

deliverance from Hellfire and all misfortunes,

وَٱلْفَوْزَ بِٱلْجَنَّةِ وَٱلرِّضْوَانِ في دَارِ ٱلسَّلاَمِ

walfawza biljannati walrridwani fi dari alssalami

winning Paradise,Divine Contentment in the Abode of Peace,

وَجَوَارِ نَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ ٱلسَّلاَمُ

wa jiwari nabiyyika muhammadin ʿalayhi wa alihi alssalamu

and the vicinity of Your Prophet Muhammad—peace be upon him and his Household.

اَللَّهُمَّ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ فَمِنْكَ

allahumma ma bina min niʿmatin faminka

O Allah, You are certainly the source of each and every favor that covers us.

لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

la ilaha illa anta

There is no god save You.

أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ

astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayka

I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You.

5. After Magrib salat recite: Allahuma Ajirna minan naar

اَللّٰهُمَّ أَجِرْنَا مِنَ النَّارِ سَالِمِيْنَ وَ أَدْخِلْنَا الْجَنَّةَ بِسَلَامٍ آمِنِيْنَ

O Allah help us to depart from life of this world in safety and save us from fire and make us enter Paradise with peace and safety.

وَ تَوَفَّنا مُسْلِمِيْنَ وَ أَلْحِقْنَا بِالصَّالِحِيْنَ بِفَضْلِکَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.

And make us die in Thy submission and include us with the righteous, I beseech You by Thy grace and mercy on us, Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful! ".

6.Then, say the following litany "Subhanaka:

سُبْحَانَكَ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

subhanaka la ilaha illa anta

All glory be to You. There is no god save You.

إِغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي كُلَّهَا جَمِيعاً

ighfir li dhunubi kullaha jamiʿan

Forgive my sins all in all,

فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ كُلَّهَا جَمِيعاً إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

fa'innahu la yaghfiru aldhdhunuba kullaha jamiʿan illa anta

for none can forgive all sins save You.

ReciteSurah Waqiyah — Recite Sunset Duas — Before Magrib Between Adhan and Iqamah, say the following

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي اسْالُكَ بِإِقْبَالِ لَيْلِكَ

allahumma inni as'aluka bi'iqbali laylika

O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the coming of Your night,

وَإِدْبَارِ نَهَارِكَ

wa idbari naharika

the departure of Your daylight,

وَحُضُورِ صَلَوَاتِكَ

wa huduri salawatika

the presence of Your prayers,

وَاصْوَاتِ دُعَاتِكَ

wa aswati duʿatika

the voices of Your supplicants,

وَتَسْبِيحِ مَلاَئِكَتِكَ

wa tasbihi mala'ikatika

and the glorification of Your angels,

انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tusalliya ʿala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

to send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

وَانْ تَتُوْبَ عَلَيَّ

wa an tatuba ʿalayya

and to accept my repentance.

إِنَّكَ انْتَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

innaka anta alttawwabu alrrahimu

You are verily, the Oft-Returning, the Most Merciful

فَسُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ

Fa Subhaanal laahi heena tumsoona wa heena tusbihoon

So glorify Allah when you enter evening and when you rise at dawn.

وَلَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ

Wa lahul hamdu fis samaawaati wal ardi wa 'ashiyyanw wa heena

To Him belongs all praise in the heavens and the earth, at nightfall and when you enter noontime.

اَللّٰهُمَّ مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوْبِ وَ الْأَبْصَارِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلىٰ دِيْنِكَ

Allahumma muqallibal-quloobi wal-absaar, thabbit qalbee ‘alaa deenik.

"O Allah, Controller of hearts and eyes, keep my heart firm on Your religion."

وَ لَا تُزِغْ قَلْبِي بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنِي وَ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ

Wa laa tuzigh qalbee ba’da idh hadaytanee wahab lee min ladunka rahmatan innaka antal-wahhaab.

"Do not let my heart go astray after You have guided me. Grant me mercy from Yourself. Truly, You are the Bestower."

وَ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ

Wa ajirnee minan-naar bi-rahmatika.

"By Your mercy, protect me from the Fire."

اَللّٰهُمَّ امْدُدْ لِي فِيْ عُمُرِي وَ اَوْسِعْ عَليَّ فِيْ رِزْقِي وَانْشُرْ عَلَيَّ رَحْمَتَكَ

Allahumma amdud lee fee ‘umree wa awsi’ ‘alayya fee rizqee wanshur ‘alayya rahmatak.

"O Allah, give me a long life, increase my provision, and cover me with Your mercy."

وَ إِنْ كُنْتُ عِنْدَكَ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ شَقِيًّا فَاجْعَلْنِي سَعِيْدًا

Wa in kunta ‘indaka fee ummil-kitaabi shaqeeyyan faj’alnee sa’eeda.

"And if, in Your record, I am written as unhappy, then change it to happiness."

فَإِنَّكَ تَمْحُوْ مَا تَشَاءُ وَ تُثْبِتُ وَ عِنْدَكَ أُمُّ الْكِتَاب

Fa innaka tamhoo ma tashaao wa tuthbito wa ‘indaka ummul-kitaab.

"For You erase what You will, and You affirm what You will. With You is the Master Record."

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد عَلَيْكَ

allahumma inni as'aluka bihaqqi muhammadin wa ali muhammadin ʿalayka

O Allah, I do beseech You, in the name of the right of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad that is incumbent upon You

صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد

salli ʿala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

to send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

وَٱجْعَلِ ٱلنُّورَ فِي بَصَرِي

wajʿal alnnura fi basari

and to give light to my insight,

وَٱلْبَصِيـرَةَ فِي دِينِي

walbasirata fi dini

make me discerning in my religion,

وَٱلْيَقِيـنَ فِي قَلْبِي

wal-yaqina fi qalbi

have conviction in my heart,

وَٱلإِخْلاَصَ فِي عَمَلِي

wal-ikhlasa fi ʿamali

sincerity in my deeds,

وَٱلسَّلاَمَةَ فِي نَفْسِي

walssalamata fi nafsi

safety in my self,

وَٱلسَّعَةَ فِي رِزْقِي

walssaʿata fi rizqi

vastness in my sustenance,

وَٱلشُّكْرَ لَكَ أَبَداً مَا أَبْقَيْتَنِي

walshshukra laka abadan ma abqaytani

and perpetual thankfulness for You as long as you keep me alive.

11.-Six Duas below (a-f ) from 'Nafila App' -

أَسْتَعِيذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ اكْتُبَا رَحِمَكُمَا اللَّهُ

Astaa‘eedhu billaahi minash-shaytaani r-rajeem, uktubaa rahimakumallaah.

"I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. Write me as one of those whom You have shown mercy to, " Then say

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Bismi Allāhi al-Raḥmāni al-Raḥīm

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.

أَمْسَيْتُ وَأَصْبَحْتُ بِاللَّهِ مُؤْمِنًا عَلَى دِينِ مُحَمَّدٍ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ) وَسُنَّتِهِ

Amsaytu wa-aṣbaḥtu bi-llāhi mu’minan ‘alā dīni Muḥammadin (ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa-ālih) wa-sunnatih.

I ended my evening and began my morning as a believer in Allah, upon the religion of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and his tradition.

وَعَلَى دِينِ عَلِيٍّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ) وَسُنَّتِهِ وَعَلَى دِينِ فَاطِمَةَ (عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامُ) وَسُنَّتِهَا

Wa-‘alā dīni ‘Aliyyin (‘alayhi as-salām) wa-sunnatih, wa-‘alā dīni Fāṭimata (‘alayhā as-salām) wa-sunnatihā.

And upon the religion of ʿAlī (peace be upon him) and his tradition, and upon the religion of Fāṭimah (peace be upon her) and her tradition.

وَعَلَى دِينِ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَسُنَنِهِمْ

Wa-‘alā dīni al-awṣiyā’i ṣalawātu Allāhi ‘alayhim wa-sunanihim.

And upon the religion of the Successors, may Allah's blessings be upon them, and their traditions.

آمَنْتُ بِسِرِّهِمْ وَعَلَانِيَتِهِمْ وَبِغَيْبِهِمْ وَشَهَادَتِهِمْ

Āmantu bisirrihim wa-‘alāniyyatihim wa-bighaybihim wa-shahādatihim.

I believe in their secrets and their openness, in their unseen and their witnessed presence.

وَأَسْتَعِيذُ بِاللَّهِ فِي لَيْلَتِي هَذِهِ وَيَوْمِي هَذَا

Wa-asta‘īdhū bi-llāhi fī laylatī hādhihi wa-yawmī hādhā.

And I seek refuge in Allah during this night of mine and this day of mine.

مِمَّا اسْتَعَاذَ مِنْهُ مُحَمَّدٌ وَعَلِيٌّ وَفَاطِمَةُ وَالْأَوْصِيَاءُ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ

Mimmā ista‘ādha minhu Muḥammadun wa-‘Aliyyun wa-Fāṭimatu wa-l-awṣiyā’u ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhim.

From that which Muhammad, ʿAlī, Fāṭimah, and the Successors (peace be upon them) sought refuge from.

وَأَرْغَبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ فِيمَا رَغِبُوا فِيهِ

Wa-arghabu ilā Allāhi fīmā raghibū fīhi.

And I desire from Allah what they desired.

وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ

Wa-lā ḥawla wa-lā quwwata illā bi-llāh.

And there is no power and no strength except through Allah.

بِسْمِ الله الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كُلَّمَا وَقَبَ لَيْلٌ وَغَسَقَ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كُلَّمَا لَاحَ نَجْمٌ وَخَفَقَ.

Bismillahi alrrahmani alrraheemi Alhamdu lillahi alladhi yulij al layla fee alnnahari wayuliju alnnahara fee allayli Alhamdu lillahi kullama waqaba laylun waghassaq waalhamdu lillahi kullama laha najmun wakhafaq.

"In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Compassionate. Praise be to Allah, who causes the night to enter into the day and causes the day to enter into the night. Praise be to Allah every time the night falls and every time the stars twinkle."

بِسْمِ الله الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِأَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِقُدْرَةِ اللَّهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِمَغْفِرَةِ اللَّهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِرَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِسُلْطَانِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي هُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌوَأَعُوذُ بِكَرَمِ اللَّهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِجَمْعِ اللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ وَشَيْطَانٍ مَرِيدٍوَكُلِّ مُغْتَالٍ وَسَارِقٍ وَعَارِضٍ وَمِنْ شَرِّ السَّامَّةِ وَالْهَامَّةِ والْعَامَّةِوَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ صَغِيرَةٍ أَوْ كَبِيرَةٍ بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍوَمِنْ شَرِّ فُسَّاقِ الْعَرَبِ وَالْعَجَمِ وَ فُجَّارِهِمْوَمِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِوَمِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ رَبِّي آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ.

Bismillahi alrrahmani alrraheemi A'oothu bi'izzati Allahi wa a'oothu bi qudrati Allahi wa a'oothu bi maghfirati Allahi wa a'oothu bi rahmati Allahi wa a'oothu bi sultani Allahi alladhi huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer Wa a'oothu bi karami Allahi wa a'oothu bi jami'i Allahi min sharri kulli jabbarin 'aneedin wa shaytanin mareedinWa kulli mughtalin wa saariqin wa 'aridhin wa min sharri alssammati wa alhamaati wa al'amaatiWa min sharri kulli dabbatin sagheeratin aw kabeeratin biallayli aw naharWa min sharri fusaqi al'arabi wa al'ajami wa fujjarihimWa min sharri fasqati aljinni wa al'insiWa min sharri kulli dabbatin rabbi akhithun bina'siyatiha inna rabbi 'ala siratin mustaqeemin.

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. I seek refuge in the might of Allah, His power, His forgiveness, His mercy, and His sovereignty, over all things.I seek refuge in the generosity of Allah and in the gathering of Allah, from the evil of every arrogant and stubborn tyrant, and from the tempting devil.From the harm of every murderer, thief, and robber, and from the evil of the scorpions, snakes, and pests, small and large, by day and by night.From the harm of the wicked Arabs and non-Arabs, and from their wickedness. From the harm of the sinful jinn and mankind.From the harm of every creature whose forelock my Lord grasps. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.

بِسْمِ الله الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِأُعِيذُ نَفْسِي وَذُرِّيَّتِي وَأَهْلَ بَيْتِيوَمَالِي بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍوَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ وهي العوذة الَّتِي عَوَّذَ بِهَا جَبْرَائِيلُ الْحَسَنَ وَالْحُسَيْنَ (عليهما السَّلامُ).

Bismillah al-Rahman al-RahimU'iithu nafsi wa dhurriyyati wa ahli baytiWa mali bikalimatillah al-tammati min kulli shaytaninWa hamma wa min kulli 'aynin lammah wa hiya al-'awdah allati 'awwadha biha Jibrailu al-Hasan wa al-Husayn (alayhima al-salam).

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.I seek refuge for myself, my family, my possessions, and my household, with the perfect words of Allah, from every devil, mischief, and the evil eye.

يَا شَدِيدَ الْمَحَالِ يَا عَزِيزاً ذَلَّلْتَ بِعِزَّتِكَ جَمِيعَ مَا خَلَقْتَ اكْفِنِي شَرَّ (فُلانٍ بِمَا شِئْتَ).

Ya Shadid al-Mahal, Ya Azizan Dhallalta bi 'izzatika jami'a ma khalaqta, ikfini sharra [fulanin] bima shi'ta.

O Powerful One who makes the impossible possible!O Mighty One, by Your might, You have brought everything into submission. Suffice me against all evil...

12.Syeda Fatima Zehra (sa) Dua after magrib Salat-Seperate page

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يَبْلُغُ مَدْحَتَهُ الْقَائِلُوْنَ،

alhamdo lillaahil lazee laa yablogho midhatahul qaaeloona,

Praise be to the one, Whose praise cannot be encompassed together even by all the speakers.

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُحْصِيْ نَعْمَاءَهُ الْعَادُّوْنَ،

wal hamdo lillaahil lazee laa yohsee na’maa-ahul a’addoona,

All praise is for God, whose bounties cannot be counted by even all those, who count.

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُؤَدِّيْ حَقَّهُ الْمُجْتَهِدُوْنَ،

wal hamdo lillaahil lazee laa yo-addee haqqahul mujtahedoona,

All praise is for God, whose right cannot be restored even by those, who try to restore it.

وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْاَوَّلُ وَ الْاٰخِرُ، وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الظَّاهِرُ وَ الْبَاطِنُ،

wa laa elaaha illal laahul awwalo wal aakhero, wa laa elaaha illal laahuz zaahero wal baateno,

And there is no god, except Allah, the first and the last. And there is no god, except Allah, the apparent and the hidden.

وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْمُحْيِيْ الْمُمِيْتُ، وَ اللهُ اَكْبَرُ ذُوْ الطَّوْلِ وَ اللهُ اَكْبَرُ ذُوْ الْبَقَاءِ الدَّائِمِ.

wa laa elaaha illal laahul mohyil momeeto, wal laaho akbaro zut tawle wal laaho akbaro zul baqaa-id daa-eme.

And there is no god, except Allah, the giver of life and death. And Allah is the greatest and owner of rewards and Allah is the greatest and He is eternally present.

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُدْرِكُ الْعَالِمُوْنَ عِلْمَهٗ،

wal hamdo lillaahil lazee laa yudrekul a’alemoona i’lmahu,

All praise is for Allah, whose knowledge cannot be perceived even by the learned;

وَ لَا يَسْتَخِفُّ الْجَاهِلُوْنَ حِلْمَهٗ، وَ لَا يَبْلُغُ الْمَادِحُوْنَ مِدْحَتَهٗ،

wa laa yastakhifful jaaheloona hilmahu, wa laa yabloghul maadehoona midhatahu,

and whose knowledge cannot be labeled as ordinary even by the ignorant;and the praisers cannot reach upto the end of His extolling

وَ لَا يَصِفُ الْوَاصِفُوْنَ صِفَتَهٗ وَ لَا يُحْسِنُ الْخَلْقُ نَعْتَهٗ.

wa laa yaseful waasefoona sefatahu wa laa yohsenul khalqo na’tahu.

and the describers cannot describe Him. And even all creatures together cannot describe Him fully.

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ ذِيْ الْمُلْكِ وَ الْمَلَكُوْتِ، وَ الْعَظَمَةِ وَ الْجَبَرُوْتِ (وَ الْعِزِّ) وَ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ، وَ الْبَهَاءِ وَ الْجَلَالِ، وَ الْمَهَابَةِ وَ الْجَمَالِ، وَ الْعِزَّةِ وَ الْقُدْرَةِ وَ الْحَوْلِ وَ الْقُوَّةِ، وَ الْمِنَّةِ وَ الْغَلَبَةِ، وَ الْفَضْلِ وَ الطَّوْلِ، وَ الْعَدْلِ وَ الْحَقِّ وَ الْخَلْقِ وَ الْعَلَاءِ، وَ الرِّفْعَةِ وَ الْمَجْدِ، وَ الْفَضِيْلَةِ وَ الْحِكْمَةِ وَ الْغِنَاءِ وَ السَّعَةِ وَ الْبَسْطِ وَ الْقَبْضِ، وَ الْحِلْمِ وَ الْعِلْمِ، وَ الْحُجَّةِ الْبَالِغَةِ وَ النِّعْمَةِ السَّابِغَةِ وَ الثَّنَاءِ الْحَسَنِ الْجَمِيْلِ

wal hamdo lillaahe zil mulke wal malakoote, wal a’zamate wal jabaroote (wal i’zze) wal kibreyaa-e, wal bahaa-e wal jalaale, wal mahaabate wal jamaale, wal i’zzate wal qudrate wal hawle wal quwwate, wal minnate wal ghalabate, wal fazle wat tawle, wal a’dle wal haqqe wal khalqe wal a’laa-e, war rif-a’te wal majde, wal fazeelate wal hikmate wal ghenaa-e was sa-a’te wal baste wal qabze, wal hilme wal i’lme, wal hujjatil baaleghate wan ne’matis saabeghate was sanaa-il hasanil jameele

All praise be for Allah, Who is the owner of kingdom and dominion; owner of the great and tremendous force; owner of honor and greatness;owner of elegance of majesty and awe and beauty and powerand strength and force and might and favor and clout andgoodwill and nobility and justice and truth;and good manners and greatness, exaltation and enormity, and excellence and wisdom;and self-sufficiency and wideness; and tying up and opening; and forbearance and knowledge; and matured reasoning and perfect bounty; and beautiful and elegant creation; and are the noble bounties.

وَ الْاٰلَاءِ الْكَرِيْمَةِ، مَلِكِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِ وَ الْجَنَّةِ وَ النَّارِ، وَ مَا فِيْهِنَّ تَبَارَكَ (اللهُ) وَ تَعَالٰى.

wal aalaa-il kareemate, malekid dunyaa wal aakherate wal jannate wan naare, wa maa feehinna tabaarakal (laaho) wa ta-a’alaa.

Only He is ruler in the world and hereafter, and Paradise and Hell and what is between them. He is bountiful and also the highest.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ عَلِمَ اَسْرَارَ الْغُيُوْبِ، وَ اطَّلَعَ عَلٰى مَا تَجِنُّ الْقُلُوْبُ فَلَيْسَ عَنْهُ مَذْهَبٌ وَ لَا مَهْرَبٌ، وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الْمُتَكَبِّرِ فِيْ سُلْطَانِهِ الْعَزِيْزِ فِيْ مَكَانِهِ، الْمُتَجَبِّرِ فِيْ مُلْكِهِ، الْقَوِيِّ فِيْ بَطْشِهِ، الرَّفِيْعِ فَوْقَ عَرْشِهِ، الْمُطَّلِعِ عَلٰى خَلْقِهٖ، وَ الْبَالِغِ لِمَا اَرَادَ مِنْ عِلْمِهٖ.

al-hamdo lillaahil lazee a’lema asraaral ghoyoobe, wat tala-a’ a’laa maa tajinnul qoloobo falaysa a’nho mazhabun wa laa mahrabun, wal hamdo lillaahil motakabbere fee sultaanehil a’zeeze fee makaanehil, motajabbere fee mulkehil, qawiyye fee batshehir, rafee-e’ fawqa a’rshehil, mutta-le-e’ a’laa khalqehi, wal baaleghe lemaa araada min i’lmehi.

All praise be for Allah, Who is the knower of secrets of the unseen and is aware of the concealed secrets of the hearts; there is no scope to flee and run away from Him.All praise be for Allah, who is the owner of pride in His kingdom; who is honorable in his stage; and the owner of domination in His kingdom, who is powerful in His attacks; who is the owner of the loftinesses of His Throne; who is aware of the circumstances of His creatures; and has the capacity to reach upto what He has intended through His knowledge.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ بِكَلِمَاتِهٖ قَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ الشِّدَادُ، وَ ثَبَتَتِ الْاَرَضُوْنَ الْمِهَادُ، وَ انْتَصَبَتِ الْجِبَالُ الرَّوَاسِيْ الْاَوْتَادُ، وَ جَرَتِ الرِّيَاحُ اللَّوَاقِحُ، وَ سَارَ فِيْ جَوِّ السَّمَاءِ السَّحَابُ، وَ وَقَفَتْ عَلٰى حُدُوْدِهَا الْبِحَارُ، وَ وَجِلَتِ الْقُلُوْبُ مِنْ مَخَافَتِهٖ، وَ انْقَمَعَتِ الْاَرْبَابُ لِرُبُوْبِيَّتِهٖ تَبَارَكْتَ يَا مُحْصِيْ قَطْرِ الْمَطَرِ، وَ وَرَقِ الشَّجَرِ، وَ مُحْيِيْ اَجْسَادِ الْمَوْتٰى لِلْحَشْرِ.

al-hamdo lillaahil lazee bekalemaatehi qaamatis samaawaatush shedaado, wa sabatatil arazoonal mehaado, wan tasabatil jebaalur rawaasil awtaado, wa jaratir reyaahul lawaa-qeho, wa saara fee jawwis samaa-is sahaabo, wa waqafat a’laa hodoodehal behaaro, wa wajelatil qoloobo min makhaafatehi, wan qa-ma-a’til arbaabo le-roboobiyyatehi tabaarakta yaa mohsee qatril matare, wa waraqish shajare, wa mohyee ajsaadil mawtaa lil-hashre.

All praise is for the one, through the support of whose words all seven hardest heavens and the softest earths are established.Through Him are fixed in the earth the tent pegs of mountains; and through His favors blow the winds that bloom the blossoms and in the atmosphere of the sky is established the excursion of the clouds; and the seas are stopped at their boundaries; and the hearts are trembling due to His fear.And the lords of the world are destroyed through His Lordship.Blessed are You, O counter of the drops of rain and the leaves and the enlivener of the dead bodies on Judgment Day.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْاِكْرَامِ، مَا فَعَلْتَ بِالْغَرِيْبِ الْفَقِيْرِ اِذَا اَتَاكَ مُسْتَجِيْرًا مُسْتَغِيْثًا؟ مَا فَعَلْتَ بِمَنْ اَنَاخَ بِفِنَائِكَ وَ تَعَرَّضَ لِرِضَاكَ وَ غَدَا اِلَيْكَ، فَجَثَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ، يَشْكُوْ اِلَيْكَ مَا لَا يَخْفٰى عَلَيْكَ؟ فَلَا يَكُوْنَنَّ يَا رَبِّ حَظِّيْ مِنْ دُعَائِيْ الْحِرْمَانُ، وَ لَا نَصِيْبِيْ مِمَّا اَرْجُوْ مِنْكَ الْخِذْلَانُ.

Subhaanaka yaa zal jalaale wal ikraame, maa fa-a’lta bil-ghareebil faqeere ezaa ataaka mustajeeran mustagheesan? maafa-a’ta beman anaakha be-fenaa-eka wa ta-a’rraza le-rezaaka wa ghadaa elayka, fajasaa bayna yadayka, yashkoo elayka maa laa yakhfaa a’layka? falaa yakoonanna yaa rarre hazzee min do-a’a-il hirmaano, wa laa naseebee mimmaa arjoo minkal khizlaano.

Praise be to You, O owner of majesty and nobility! That You have conducted with this poor destitute, who has come to take refuge in your court.And with the destitute, who has unloaded the baggage in your presence and is the seeker of your pleasure and has presented himself before You and has kneeled down before You and is seeking from You those things, which are not concealed upon You.So, now my share must not be deprivation and my fortune as compared to my hopes, should not be fixed as helplessness.

يَا مَنْ لَمْ يَزَلْ وَ لَا يَزُوْلُ كَمَا لَمْ يَزَلْ قَائِمًا عَلٰى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ

yaa man lam yazal wa laa yazoolo kamaa lam yazal qaa-eman a’laa kulle nafsin bemaa kasabat

O that God, who is present since eternity, and will endure like this forever and who is continuously guarding the deeds of the servants.

يَا مَنْ جَعَلَ اَيَّامَ الدُّنْيَا تَزُوْلُ، وَ شُهُوْرَهَا تَحُوْلُ، وَ سِنِيَّهَا تَدُوْرُ.

yaa man ja-a’la ayyaamad dunyaa tazoolo, wa shohoorahaa tahoolo, wa seniyyahaa tadooro.

O one, who has made the days of the world, declining, its months on the stage of change and its years, center of rotation.

وَ اَنْتَ الدَّائِمُ لَا تُبْلِيْكَ الْاَزْمَانُ، وَ لَا تُغَيِّرُكَ الدُّهُوْرُ.

wa antad daa-emo laa tubleekal azmaano, wa laa toghayyerokad dohooro.

You alone are that owner of permanence, whom the times cannot age and the passing times cannot create change in it.

يَا مَنْ كُلُّ يَوْمٍ عِنْدَهٗ جَدِيْدٌ، وَ كُلُّ رِزْقٍ عِنْدَهٗ عَتِيْدٌ، لِلضَّعِيْفِ وَ الْقَوِيِّ وَ الشَّدِيْدِ، قَسَّمْتَ الْاَرْزَاقَ بَيْنَ الْخَلَائِقِ، فَسَوَّيْتَ بَيْنَ الذَّرَّةِ وَ الْعُصْفُوْرِ.

yaa man kullo yawmin i’ndahu jadeedun, wa kullo rizqin i’ndahu a’teediun, liz-za-e’efe wal qawiyye wash shadeede, qassamtal arzaaqa baynal khalaa-eqe, fasawwayta bayanz zarrate wal u’sfoore.

O that being, for whom everyday is new and whose sustenance is ready for every weak, strong and severe; only You have distributed sustenance among all the creatures and have maintained equality between the ant and the bird.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِذَا ضَاقَ الْمُقَامُ بِالنَّاسِ، فَنَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ ضِيْقِ الْمُقَامِ.

allaahumma ezaa zaaqal moqaamo bin-naase, fa-na-o’ozo beka min zeeqil moqaame.

O God, when the earth straitens for people, I seek refuge from that straitness.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِذَا طَالَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ، فَقَصِّرْ ذٰلِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْنَا كَمَا بَيْنَ الصَّلَاةِ اِلَى الصَّلَاةِ.

allaahumma ezaa taala yawmul qeyaamate a’lal mujremeena, faqassir zaalekal yawma a’laynaa kamaa baynas salaate elas salaate.

O God, when Judgment Day prolongs for the sinners, make that day so short for me, like the gap between two prayers.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِذَا اَدْنَيْتَ الشَّمْسَ مِنَ الْجَمَاجِمِ، فَكَانَ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَ الْجَمَاجِمِ مِقْدَارُ مِيْلٍ، وَ زِيْدَ فِيْ حَرِّهَا حَرَّ عَشْرِ سِنِيْنَ، فَاِنَّا نَسْاَلُكَ اَنْ تُظِلَّنَا بِالْغَمَامِ، وَ تَنْصِبَ لَنَا الْمَنَابِرَ وَ الْكَرَاسِيَّ نَجْلِسُ عَلَيْهَا وَ النَّاسُ يَنْطَلِقُوْنَ فِيْ الْمُقَامِ، اٰمِيْنَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ.

allaahumma ezaa adnaytash shamsa menal jamaajeme, fakaana baynahaa wa baynal jamaajeme miqdaaro meelin, wa zayda fee harrehaa harra ashre seneena, fa-innaa nas-aloka an tozillanaa bil-ghamaame, wa tanseba lanal manaabera wal karaasiyya najleso a’layhaa wan naaso yantaleqoona fil maqaame, aameena rabbal a’alameena.

O God, when the sun begins to heat up and between the two there remains only distance of one mile, and in its heat there is increase of ten years, then we beseech You to bestow us the shade of the cloud of mercy and arrange the pulpit and chair for us upon which we may sit when people head to the stage of accounting. Amen, O Lord of the worlds.

اَسْاَلُكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ بِحَقِّ هٰذِهِ الْمَحَامِدِ، اِلَّا غَفَرْتَ لِيْ وَ تَجَاوَزْتَ عَنِّيْ وَ اَلْبَسْتَنِيْ الْعَافِيَةَ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ، وَ رَزَقْتَنِيْ السَّلَامَةَ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ.

as-aloka allaahumma be-haqqe haazehil mahaamede, illaa ghafarta lee wa tajaawazta a’nnee wa albastanil a’afeyata fee badanee, wa razaqtanis salaamata fee deenee.

I ask You, O God, by the right of these praises that You forgive all my sins and overlook them. Give me the garment of health and security in religion.

فَاِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ، وَ اَنَا وَاثِقٌ بِاِجَابَتِكَ اِيَّايَ فِيْ مَسْاَلَتِيْ، وَ اَدْعُوْكَ وَ اَنَا عَالِمٌ بِاسْتِمَاعِكَ دَعْوَتِيْ، فَاسْتَمِعْ دُعَائِيْ، وَ لَا تَقْطَعْ رَجَائِيْ، وَ لَا تَرُدَّ ثَنَائِيْ وَ لَا تُخَيِّبْ دُعَائِيْ، اَنَا مُحْتَاجٌ اِلٰى رِضْوَانِكَ، وَ فَقِيْرٌ اِلٰى غُفْرَانِكَ وَ اَسْاَلُكَ وَ لَا اٰيِسٌ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ، وَ اَدْعُوْكَ وَ اَنَا غَيْرُ مُحْتَرِزٍ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ.

fa-innee as-aloka, wa anaa waasequn be-ejaabateka iyyaya fee mas-alatee, wa ad-o’oka wa anaa a’alemun bis-temaa-e’ka da’watee, fastame’ do-a’a-ee, wa laa taqta’ rajaa-ee wa laa tarudda sanaa-ee wa laa tokhayyib do-a’a-ee, anaa mohtaajun elaa rizwaaneka, wa faqeerun elaa ghufraaneka wa as-aloka wa laa aayesun min rahmateka, wa ad-o’oka wa anaa ghayro mohtarezin min sakhateka.

As I am asking You in the condition that I am confident of the fulfillment of my request and I supplicate with such reliance that You are listening to my voice; so now listen to my call and don't cut off my hope. Do not overturn my praise and glorification and do not make my entreaty hopeless. I am needful of your pleasure and beggar for your forgiveness. I ask You while I have not despaired of your mercy and I am supplicating in such fashion that I am not unveiled from your displeasure.

رَبِّ فَاسْتَجِبْ لِيْ، وَ امْنُنْ عَلَيَّ بِعَفْوِكَ، وَ تَوَفَّنِيْ مُسْلِمًا، وَ اَلْحِقْنِيْ بِالصَّالِحِيْنَ،

rabbe fas-tajib lee, wam nun a’layya be-a’fweka, wa tawaffanee musleman, wa alhiqnee bis-saaleheena,

Lord, accept my plea and send down your forgiveness for me; make me die a Muslim and join me with your righteous servants.

رَبِّ لَا تَمْنَعْنِيْ فَضْلَكَ يَا مَنَّانُ، وَ لَا تَكِلْنِيْ اِلٰى نَفْسِيْ مَخْذُوْلًا، يَا حَنَّانُ.

rabbe laa tamna’nee fazlaka yaa mannaano, wa laa takilnee elaa nafsee makhzoolan, yaa hannaano.

O God, do not deprive me of your grace and nobility, O doer of good, and by separating me from Yourself, do not hand me over to my self, O doer of favor.

رَبِّ ارْحَمْ عِنْدَ فِرَاقِ الْاَحِبَّةِ صَرْعَتِيْ، وَ عِنْدَ سُكُوْنِ الْقَبْرِ وَحْدَتِيْ وَ فِيْ مَفَازَةِ الْقِيَامَةِ غُرْبَتِيْ، وَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ مَوْقُوْفًا لِلْحِسَابِ فَاقَتِيْ.

rabbir ham i’nda feraaqil ahibbate sar-a’tee, wa i’nda sokoonil qabre wahdatee wa fee mafaazatil qeyaamate ghurbatee, wa bayna yadayka mawqoofan lil-hesaabe faaqatee.

Lord, when the friends separate from us at the time of death, have mercy on my destruction and when I am interred in the grave, have mercy on my loneliness and when I appear in the stage of Judgment Day, have mercy on my alienity and when I stand before You in the stage of accounting, have mercy on my needfulness.

رَبِّ اَسْتَجِيْرُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ فَاَجِرْنِيْ، رَبِّ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ فَاَعِذْنِيْ (رَبِّ) اَفْزَعُ اِلَيْكَ مِنَ النَّارِ فَاَبْعِدْنِيْ، رَبِّ اَسْتَرْحِمُكَ مَكْرُوْبًا فَارْحَمْنِيْ.

rabbe astajeero beka menan naare fa-ajirnee, rabbe a-o’ozo beka menan naare fa-a-i’znee (rabbe) af-ze-o’ elayka menan naare, fa-ab-i’dnee, rabbe as-tarhemoka makrooban farhamnee.

Lord, I seek refuge from Hell through You, so accord refuge to me and I seek salvation from Hell fire through You, so give me salvation. I am terrified of Hell, so keep me away from it; and I want your mercy in distress and sorrow, so have mercy on me.

رَبِّ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا جَهِلْتُ فَاغْفِرْ لِي، (رَبِّ) قَدْ اَبْرَزَنِيْ الدُّعَاءُ لِلْحَاجَةِ اِلَيْكَ فَلَا تُؤْيِسْنِيْ، يَا كَرِيْمُ ذَا الْاٰلَاءِ وَ الْاِحْسَانِ وَ التَّجَاوُزِ.

rabbe astaghferoka lemaa jahilto faghfir lee, (rabbe) qad abrazanid do-a’aa-o lil-haajate elayka falaa toa-yisnee, yaa kareemo zal aalaa-e wal ehsaane wat tajaawoze.

Lord, I seek forgiveness for my ignorance, so please forgive me. [Lord] my needs have taken me out and made me stand in the stage of supplication, so now don't disappoint me, O owner of nobility, favor, bounty and forgiveness.

سَيِّدِيْ يَا بَرُّ يَا رَحِيْمُ، اِسْتَجِبْ بَيْنَ الْمُتَضَرِّعِيْنَ اِلَيْكَ دَعْوَتِيْ وَ ارْحَمْ بَيْنَ الْمُنْتَحِبِيْنَ بِالْعَوِيْلِ عَبْرَتِيْ،

sayyedee yaa barro yaa raheemo, istajib baynal motazarre-e’ena elayka da’watee war ham baynal muntahebeena bil-a’weele a’bratee,

My chief, O doer of good, O merciful, accept my supplication between all entreaties and among all complainants, have mercy on my tears.

وَ اجْعَلْ فِيْ لِقَائِكَ يَوْمَ الْخُرُوْجِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا رَاحَتِيْ، وَ اسْتُرْ بَيْنَ الْاَمْوَاتِ يَا عَظِيْمَ الرَّجَاءِ عَوْرَتِيْ، وَ اعْطِفْ عَلَيَّ عِنْدَ التَّحَوُّلِ وَحِيْدًا اِلٰى حُفْرَتِيْ، اِنَّكَ اَمَلِيْ وَ مَوْضِعُ طَلِبَتِيْ، وَ الْعَارِفُ بِمَا اُرِيْدُ فِيْ تَوْجِيْهِ مَسْاَلَتِيْ.

waj a’l fee leqaa-eka yamal khorooje menad dunyaa raahatee, was tur baynal amwaate yaa a’zeemar rajaa-e a’wratee, wa’ tif a’layya i’ndat tahawwole waheedan elaa hufratee, innaka amalee wa maw-ze-o’ talebatee, wal a’arefo bemaa oreedo fee tawjeehe mas-alatee.

On the day I leave the world, deem my relief to be in your meeting and among all the dead, veil my defects, O my great center of hopes, when I am going to the grave alone, have mercy on me, O my support and the focus of my needs, and knower of the direction of my pleas.

فَاقْضِ يَا قَاضِيَ الْحَاجَاتِ حَاجَتِيْ، فَاِلَيْكَ الْمُشْتَكٰى وَ اَنْتَ الْمُسْتَعَانُ وَ الْمُرْتَجٰى، اَفِرُّ اِلَيْكَ هَارِبًا مِنَ الذُّنُوْبِ فَاقْبَلْنِيْ، وَ اَلْتَجِأُ مِنْ عَدْلِكَ اِلٰى مَغْفِرَتِكَ فَاَدْرِكْنِيْ، وَ اَلْتَاذُ بِعَفْوِكَ مِنْ بَطْشِكَ فَامْنَعْنِيْ وَ اَسْتَرْوِحُ رَحْمَتَكَ مِنْ عِقَابِكَ فَنَجِّنِيْ،

faqze yaa qaazeyal haajaate haajatee, fa-elaykal mushtakaa wa antal musta-a’ano wal murtajaa, afirro elayka haareban menaz zonoobe faqbalnee, wa altaje-o min a’dleka elaa maghferateka fa-adriknee, wa altaazo be-a’fweka min batsheka fam-na’nee wa astar-weho rahmataka min e’qaabeka fanajjenee,

O fulfiller of needs, fulfill my needs, my entreaty is towards You and only You are my helper and center of hope.I flee the sins and run towards You; from your justice I am coming into the refuge of your forgiveness, so come to my help.I seek the refuge of your forgiveness from chastisement, so give me security. And as opposed to your chastisement, I am seeker of your mercy, so save me from hell.

وَ اَطْلُبُ الْقُرْبَةَ مِنْكَ بِالْاِسْلَامِ فَقَرِّبْنِيْ، وَ مِنَ الْفَزَعِ الْاَكْبَرِ فَاٰمِنِّيْ، وَ فِيْ ظِلِّ عَرْشِكَ فَظَلِّلْنِيْ، وَ كِفْلَيْنِ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ فَهَبْ لِيْ، وَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا سَالِمًا فَنَجِّنِيْ، وَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ اِلَى النُّوْرِ فَاَخْرِجْنِيْ.

wa atlobul qurbata minka bil-islaame faqarribnee, wa menal fa-za-i’l akbare fa-aaminnee wa fee zille a’rsheka fazallilnee, wa kiflayne min rahmateka fahab lee, wa menad dunyaa saaleman fanajjenee, wa menaz zolomaate elan noore fa-akhrijnee.

I seek proximity to You through Islam, so make me your proximate one and secure me from the terror of Judgment Day and accommodate me in the shade of your throne and bestow upon me both parts of your mercy and give me relief from the world with security and take me out from the darknesses convey me to the stage of effulgence.

وَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَبَيِّضْ وَجْهِيْ، وَ حِسَابًا يَسِيْرًا فَحَاسِبْنِيْ وَ بِسَرَائِرِيْ فَلَا تَفْضَحْنِيْ،

wa yawmal qeyaamate fa-bayyiz wajhee, wa hesaaban yaseeran fahaasibnee wa besaraa-eree falaa tafzahnee,

Illuminate my face on Judgment Day and ease my accounting and do not expose me on the basis of my secrets.

وَ عَلٰى بَلَائِكَ فَصَبِّرْنِيْ، وَ كَمَا صَرَفْتَ عَنْ يُوْسُفَ السُّوْءَ وَ الْفَحْشَاءَ فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّيْ، وَ مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لِيْ بِهٖ فَلَا تُحَمِّلْنِيْ.

Bestow patience to me upon your trials and like You turned away evil and wantonness from Yusuf, turn it away from me as well. And don't impose the load of what I am not capable of.

وَ اِلٰى دَارِ السَّلَامِ فَاهْدِنِيْ، وَ بِالْقُرْاٰنِ فَانْفَعْنِيْ، وَ بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فَثَبِّتْنِيْ، وَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ فَاحْفَظْنِيْ، وَ بِحَوْلِكَ وَ قُوَّتِكَ وَ جَبَرُوْتِكَ فَاعْصِمْنِيْ، وَ بِحِلْمِكَ وَ عِلْمِكَ وَ سَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ فَنَجِّنِيْ، وَ جَنَّتَكَ الْفِرْدَوْسَ فَاَسْكِنِّيْ، وَ النَّظَرَ اِلٰى وَجْهِكَ فَارْزُقْنِيْ، وَ بِنَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ فَاَلْحِقْنِيْ، وَ مِنَ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ وَ اَوْلِيَائِهِمْ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ ذِيْ شَرٍّ فَاكْفِنِيْ.

wa elaa daaris salaame fahdenee, wa bil-qur-aane fan-fa’nee, wa bil-qawlis saabete fasabbitnee, wa menash shaytaanir rajeeme fah-faznee, wa be-hawleka wa quwwateka wa jabarooteka fa’simnee, wa be-hilmeka wa i’lmeka wa sa-a’te rahmateka min jahannama fanajjenee, wa jannatakal firdawsa fa-askinnee, wan nazara elaa wajheka far-zuqnee, wa be-nabiyyeka mohammadin sallal laaho a’layhe wa aalehi fa-alhiqnee, wa menash sahyaateene wa awleyaa-ehim wa min sharre kulle zee sharrin fakfenee.

Guide me to the abode of Islam and make the Quran beneficial for me and make me steadfast on the constant statement; make me secure from the accursed satan. And protect me through your power and strength and force. Save me from Hell through your forbearance and knowledge. Settle me in the Firdos Paradise and make me see your blessed countenance and join me to your prophet, Muhammad and secure me from the satans and their friends and all mischief makers.

اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ اَعْدَائِيْ وَ مَنْ كَادَنِيْ بِسُوْءٍ اِنْ اَتَوْا بَرًّا فَجَبِّنْ شَجِيْعَهُمْ، فَضِّ جُمُوْعَهُمْ، كَلِّلْ سِلَاحَهُمْ، عَرْقِبْ دَوَابَّهُمْ، سَلِّطْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعَوَاصِفَ وَ الْقَوَاصِفَ اَبَدًا حَتّٰى تُصْلِيْهِمُ النَّارَ، اَنْزِلْهُمْ مِنْ صَيَاصِيْهِمْ، وَ اَمْكِنَّا مِنْ نَوَاصِيْهِمْ اٰمِيْنَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ.

allaahumma wa a-a’daa-ee wa man kaadanee be-soo-in in ataw barran fajabbin sha-jee-a’hum, fazze jomoo-a’hum, kallil selaahahum, a’rqib dawaabbahum, sallit a’layhemul a’waa-sefa wal qawaasefa abadan hattaa tusleehemun naara, anzilhum min sayaaseehim wa amkinnaa min nawaaseehim aameena rabbal a’alameena.

O God, if my enemies and those, who deceive me, intend to cause distress, weaken the strength of their heart and disperse their gathering and blunt their weapons and make their mounts lifeless and send fast and furious storms on them, so much so that You send them to Hell. Take them out of their refuges and bestow their control to us, amen, O Lord of the worlds.

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، صَلَاةً يَشْهَدُ الْاَوَّلُوْنَ مَعَ الْاَبْرَارِ وَ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّيْنَ، وَ قَائِدِ الْخَيْرِ، وَ مِفْتَاحِ الرَّحْمَةِ.

allaahumma salle a’laa mohammadin wa aale mohammadin, salaatan yash-hadul awwaloona ma-a’l abraare wa sayyedil mursaleena wa khaatamin nabiyyeena, wa qaa-edil khayre, wa miftaahir rahmate.

O God, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad, which is witnessed by the formers and the latters and the righteous that your prophet is the chief of messengers, seal of prophets, leader of the righteous and key of mercy.

اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الْبَيْتِ الْحَرَامِ، وَ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ، وَ رَبَّ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ وَ رَبَّ الرُّكْنِ وَ الْمَقَامِ، وَ رَبَّ الْحِلِّ وَ الْحَرَامِ، بَلِّغْ رُوْحَ مُحَمَّدٍ مِنَّا التَّحِيَّةَ وَ السَّلَامَ.

allaahumma rabbal baytil haraame, wash shahril haraame, wa rabbal mash-a’ril haraame wa rabbar rukne wal maqaame, wa rabbal hille wal haraame, balligh rooha mohammadin minnat tahiyyata was salaama.

O God, Lord of the sacred house and the sacred month; O Lord of Masharul Haraam and owner of Rukn Maqaam and Hill and Haram. Convey our salutations and respects to the soul of His Eminence, Muhammad.

اَلسَّلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ، سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ يَا اَمِيْنَ اللهِ، سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهٗ.

assalaamo a’layka yaa rasoolal laah, salaamun a’layka yaa ameenal laahe, salaamun a’layka yaa mohammadab na a’bdil laahe, assalaamo a’layka wa rahmatul laahe wa barakaatoh.

Peace be on you, O Messenger of Allah (s); Peace be on you, O trustee of Allah; Peace be on you, O Muhammad bin Abdullah; Peace be on you, and His mercy and blessings.

فَهُوَ كَمَا وَصَفْتَهٗ بِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ رَءُوْفٌ رَحِيْمٌ.

fahowa kamaa wasaftahu bil-moameneeena raoofun raheemun.

As he is described by God to be merciful to the believers.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اَعْطِهٖ اَفْضَلَ مَا سَاَلَكَ، وَ اَفْضَلَ مَا سُئِلْتَ لَهٗ، وَ اَفْضَلَ مَا اَنْتَ مَسْئُوْلٌ لَهٗ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، اٰمِيْنَ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ.

allaahumma a-a’tehi afzala maa sa-alaka, wa afzala maa so-ilta lahu, wa afzala maa anta mas-oolun lahu elaa yawmil qeyaamate, aameena yaa rabbal a’alameen.

O God, bestow on him best of the things that He has asked You for; or someone else has asked regarding him, or they would be asked till Judgment Day, amen, O Lord of the worlds.

Recite Salaat-ul Ghufaylah between Maghrib and Isha — Recite4 Rak'ats Nafilah (2X2)after Maghrib, 2 of which can be Ghufaylah

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي اسْالُكَ بِوَجْهِكَ ٱلْكَرِيـمِ

allahumma inni as'aluka biwajhika alkarimi

O Allah, I surely beseech You in the name of Your Honorable Face,

وَٱسْمِكَ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

wasmika alʿazimi

Your Tremendous Name,

وَمُلْكِكَ ٱلْقَدِيـمِ

wa mulkika alqadimi

and Your Timeless Kingdom,

انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ

an tusalliya ʿala muhammadin wa alihi

to send blessings to Muhammad and his Household

وَ انْ تَغْفِرَ لِي ذَنْبِيَ ٱلْعَظِيمَ

wa an taghfira li dhanbiya alʿazima

and to forgive my enormous sin;

إِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلْعَظِيمَ إِلاَّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

innahu la yaghfiru alʿazima illa alʿazimu

for none can forgive the enormous save the All-tremendous (Lord).

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ

ma sha'a allahu

Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass!

لاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ

la quwwata illa billahi

There is no strength save with Allah.

اَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللَّهَ

astaghfiru allaha

I pray the forgiveness of Allah.

سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضِ

sabbaha lillahi ma fi alssamawati wal-ardi

Whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares the glory of Allah,

وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ.

wa huwa alʿazizu alhakimu

and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

لَهُ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضِ

lahu mulku alssamawati wal-ardi

His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth;

يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ

yuhyi wa yumitu

He gives life and causes death;

وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.

wa huwa ʿala kulli shay'in qadirun

and He has power over all things.

هُوَ ٱلاوَّلُ وَٱلآخِرُ

huwa al-awwalu wal-akhiru

He is the First and the Last

وَٱلظَّاهِرُ وَٱلْبَاطِنُ

walzzahiru walbatinu

and the Ascendant (over all) and the Knower of hidden things,

وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ.

wa huwa bikulli shay'in ʿalimun

and He is Cognizant of all things.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضَ

huwa alladhi khalaqa alssamawati wal-arda

He it is who created the heavens and the earth

فِي سِتَّةِ ايَّامٍ

fi sittati ayyamin

in six periods,

ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَىٰ ٱلْعَرْشِ

thumma istawa ʿala alʿarshi

and He is firm in power;

يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِي ٱلارْضِ

yaʿlamu ma yaliju fi al-ardi

He knows that which goes deep down into the earth

وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا

wa ma yakhruju minha

and that which comes forth out of it,

وَمَا يَنْزِلُ مِنْ ٱلسَّمَاءِ

wa ma yanzilu min alssama'i

and that which comes down from the heaven

وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا

wa ma yaʿruju fiha

and that which goes up into it,

وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ ايْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ

wa huwa maʿakum ayna ma kuntum

and He is with you wherever you are;

وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ.

wallahu bima taʿmaluna basirun

and Allah sees what you do.

لَهُ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضِ

lahu mulku alssamawati wal-ardi

His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth;

وَإِلَىٰ اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلامُورُ.

wa ila allahi turjaʿu al-umuru

and to Allah are (all) affairs returned.

يُولِجُ ٱللَّيْلَ فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ

yuliju allayla fi alnnahari

He causes the night to enter in upon the day,

وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِي ٱللَّيْلِ

wa yuliju alnnahara fi allayli

and causes the day to enter in upon the night,

وَهُوَ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ.

wa huwa ʿalimun bidhati alssuduri

and He is Cognizant of what is in the hearts.

لَوْ انْزَلْنَا هٰذَا ٱلْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ

law anzalna hadha al-qur'ana ʿala jabalin

Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain,

لَرَايْتَهُ خَاشِعاً مُتَصَدِّعاً مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ

lara'aytahu khashiʿan mutasaddiʿan min khashyati allahi

you would certainly have seen it falling down, splitting asunder because of the fear of Allah,

وَتِلْكَ ٱلامْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ

wa tilka al-amthalu nadribuha lilnnasi

and We set forth these parables to men

لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

laʿallahum yatafakkaruna

that they may reflect.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ

huwa allahu alladhi la ilaha illa huwa

He is Allah besides Whom there is no god;

عَالِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَادَةِ

ʿalimu alghaybi walshshahadati

the Knower of the unseen and the seen;

هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

huwa alrrahmanu alrrahimu

He is the Beneficent, the Merciful.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ

huwa allahu alladhi la ilaha illa huwa

He is Allah, besides Whom there is no god;

ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْقُدُّوسُ

almaliku alquddusu

the King, the Holy,

ٱلسَّلاَمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُ ٱلْمُهَيْمِنُ

alssalamu almu'minu almuhayminu

the Giver of peace, the Granter of security, Guardian over all,

ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْجَبَّارُ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُ

alʿazizu aljabbaru almutakabbiru

the Mighty, the Supreme, the Possessor of every greatness.

سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

subhana allahi ʿamma yushrikuna

Glory be to Allah from what they set up with Him.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخَالِقُ ٱلْبَارِئُ ٱلْمُصَوِّرُ

huwa allahu alkhaliqu albari'u almusawwiru

He is Allah the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner;

لَهُ ٱلاسْمَاءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ

lahu al-asma'u alhusna

His are the most excellent names;

يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ وَٱلارْضِ

yusabbihu lahu ma fi alssamawati wal-ardi

whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares His glory;

وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ.

wa huwa alʿazizu alhakimu

and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

As in other Nafila , it is sufficient to recite Surah al-Fatihah alone in each unit. It is advisable to recite the Surahs with audible voice,

شُكْراً شُكْراً شُكْراً

shukran shukran shukran

Thanks, thanks, thanks.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاََّ هُوَ

bismillahi alladhi la ilaha illa huwa

In the Name of Allah save Whom there is no god,

عَالِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَادَةِ

ʿalimu alghaybi walshshahadati

the Knower of the unseen and the seen,

ٱلرَّحْمٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

alrrahmanu alrrahimu

the All-beneficent, and the All-merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ اذْهِبْ عَنِّيَ ٱلْهَمَّ وَٱلْحَزَنَ

allahumma adhhib ʿanniya alhamma walhazana

O Allah, (please) take away from me grief and distress.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِي عِلْمٌ بِمَوْضِعِ رِزْقِي

allahumma innahu laysa li ʿilmun bimawadiʿi rizqi

O Allah! verily, I lack acquaintance with the place of my sustenance;

وَإِنَّمَا أَطْلُبُهُ بِخَطَرَاتٍ تَخْطُرُ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِي

wa innma atlubuhu bikhataratin takhturu ʿala qalbi

rather, I am seeking it owing to ideas that come upon my mind.

فَأَجُولُ فِي طَلَبِهِ ٱلْبُلْدَانَ

fa-ajulu fi talabihu albuldana

I consequently wander in countries searching for it.

فَأَنَا فِيمَا أَنَا طَالِبٌ كَٱلْحَيْرَانِ

fa-ana fima ana talibun kalhayrani

By doing such, I am as confused as the confounded,

لاَ أَدْرِي أَفِي سَهْلٍ هَوُ أَمْ فِي جَبَلٍ

la adri afi sahlin huwa am fi jabalin

since I do not know whether my sustenance lies in a plain, on a mountain,

أَمْ في أَرْضٍ أَمْ في سَمَاءٍ

am fi ardin am fi sama'in

on the ground, in the air,

أَمْ فِي بَرٍّ أَمْ فِي بَحْرٍ

am fi barrin am fi bahrin

on lands, in seas,

وَعَلَىٰ يَدَيْ مَنْ

wa ʿala yaday man

at whose hands,

وَمِنْ قِبَلِ مَنْ

wa min qibali man

or who the source of it is.

وَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ عِلْمَهُ عِنْدَكَ

wa qad ʿalimtu anna ʿilmahu ʿindaka

I have full knowledge that You know all these,

وَ أَسْبَابَهُ بِيَدِكَ

wa asbabahu biyadika

the causes of them are in Your Hands,

وَ أَنْتَ ٱلَّذي تَقْسِمُهُ بِلُطْفِكَ

wa anta alladhi taqsimuhu bilutfika

and it is You Who distribute it out of Your compassion

وَتُسَبِّبُهُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ

wa tusabbibuhu birahmatika

and cause it out of Your mercy.

اَللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

allahumma fasalli ʿala muhammadin wa alihi

O Allah, please send blessings to Muhammad and his Household

وَٱجْعَلْ يَا رَبِّ رِزْقَكَ لِي وَاسِعاً

wajʿal ya rabbi rizqaka li wasiʿan

and make, O Lord, Your sustenance that is provided (by You) to me expansive,

وَمَطْلَبَهُ سَهْلاً

wa matlabahu sahlan

my seeking for it easy for me,

وَمَاْخَذَهُ قَرِيباً

wa ma'khadhahu qariban

and its source close to me.

وَلاَ تُعَنِّنِي بِطَلَبِ مَا لَمْ تُقَدِّرْ لِي فيهِ رِزْقاً

wa la tuʿannini bitalbi ma lam tuqaddiru li fihi rizqan

Please, do not fatigue me by seeking that which You have not decided for me to take,

فَإِنَّكَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْ عَذَابِي

fa'innaka ghaniyyun ʿan ʿadhabi

because You are certainly in no need for tormenting me

وَ أَنَا فَقِيـرٌ إِلَىٰ رَحْمَتِكَ

wa ana faqirun ila rahmatika

while I am in full need for Your mercy.

فَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

fasalli ʿala muhammadin wa alihi

(Please) Send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household

وَجُدْ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِكَ بِفَضْلِكَ

wa jud ʿala ʿabdika bifadlika

and confer liberally upon me, Your slave, out of Your graciousness.

إِنَّكَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظيم

innaka dhu fadlin ʿazimin

You are surely the Lord of great favor.

3.Then recite-"Allahumma Rabba alssamawati..":

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَمَا اظَلَّتْ

allahumma rabba alssamawati alssabʿi wa ma azallat

O Allah, O Lord of the seven skies and whatever they shade,

وَرَبَّ ٱلارَضِينَ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَمَا اقَلَّتْ

wa rabba al-aradina alssabʿi wa ma aqallat

Lord of the seven layers of the earth and whatever they carry,

وَرَبَّ ٱلشَّيَاطِينِ وَمَا اضَلَّتْ

wa rabba alshshayatini wa ma adallat

Lord of the devils and whatever they mislead,

وَرَبَّ ٱلرِّيَاحِ وَمَا ذَرَتْ

wa rabba alrriyahi wa ma dharat

and Lord of the winds and whatever they winnow!

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

allahumma rabba kulli shay'in

O Allah, O Lord of all things,

وَإِلٰهَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa ilaha kulli shay'in

God of all things,

وَمَلِيكَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa malika kulli shay'in

and Possessor of all things!

انْتَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُقْتَدِرُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

anta allahu almuqtadiru ʿala kulli shay'in

You are Allah, the Omnipotent over all things.

انْتَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلاوَّلُ فَلاَ شَيْءَ قَبْلَكَ

anta allahu al-awwalu fala shay'a qablaka

You are Allah the Foremost; there is thus nothing before You.

وَانْتَ ٱلآخِرُ فَلاَ شَيْءَ بَعْدَكَ

wa anta al-akhiru fala shay'a baʿdaka

You are the Last; there is thus nothing after You.

وَانْتَ ٱلظَّاهِرُ فَلاَ شَيْءَ فَوْقَكَ

wa anta alzzahiru fala shay'a fawqaka

You are the Ascendant; there is thus nothing above You.

وَانْتَ ٱلْبَاطِنُ فَلاَ شَيْءَ دُونَكَ

wa anta albatinu fala shay'a dunaka

You are the Inward; there is thus nothing concealed from You.

رَبَّ جَبْرَائِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ وَإِسْرَافِيلَ

rabba jabra'ila wa mika'ila wa israfila

O Lord of Gabriel, Michael, and Seraph!

وَإِلٰهَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ

wa ilaha ibrahima wa ismaʿila

O God of Abraham, Ishmael,

وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَٱلاسْبَاطِ

wa ishaqa wa yaʿquba wal-asbati

Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes!

اسْالُكَ انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

as'aluka an tusalliya ʿala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

I beseech You to send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

وَانْ تَوَلاَّنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ

wa an tawallani birahmatika

to oversee me with Your mercy

وَلاَ تُسَلِّطْ عَلَيَّ احَداً مِنْ خَلْقِكَ

wa la tusallit ʿalayya ahadan min khalqika

and not to give any of Your creatures power over me

مِمَّنْ لاَ طَاقَةَ لِي بِهِ

mimman la taqata li bihi

that I cannot stand.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي اتَحَبَّبُ إِلَيْكَ فَحَبِّبْنِي

allahumma inni atahabbabu ilayka fahabbibni

O Allah, I am endearing myself to You; so (please) endear me to the others,

وَفِي ٱلنَّاسِ فَعَزِّزْنِي

wa fi alnnasi faʿazzizni

create affection for me among people,

وَمِنْ شَرِّ شَّيَاطِينِ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلإِنْسِ فَسَلِّمْنِي

wa min sharri shshayatini aljinn wal-insi fasallimni

and keep me sound from the evil of the devils of jinn and men,

يَا رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ

ya rabba alʿalamina

O Lord of the Worlds,

وَصَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

wa salli ʿala muhammadin wa alihi

and bless Muhammad and his Household.

Nos 4 to 9 |Nos 10 - 16 — 4.The Isha Nafilah — The Nafila prayer, consists oftwo units and should be offered in the sitting positionit is recommended to recite Surah al-Waqi`ah (No. 56) in the first unit and Surah al-Tawhid in the second. — 5.Imam Hassan Askari(as) has recommended recite Salwaat 100 timesfor any need after the Isha Nafila .

يَا مُذِلَّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ وَمُعِزَّ كُلِّ ذَليلٍ قَدْ وَحَقِّكَ بَلِّغْ مَجْهُودِي

اَللّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا مَنْ لَا تَرَاهُ الْعُيُونُ وَلَا تُخَالِطُهُ الظُّنُونُ

Allahumma inni as'aluka yaa man laa tarahu al-'uyoonu wa laa tukhaalituhu ath-thunoonu

O Allah, I ask You, O One whom eyes cannot see, and thoughts cannot perceive.

وَلَا يَصِفُهُ الْوَاصِفُونَ

Wa laa yasifuhu alwaasifoon

And whom describers cannot describe.

يَا مَنْ لَا تُغَيِّرُهُ الدُّهُورُ وَلَا تُبْلِيهِ الْأَزْمِنَةُ وَلَا تَحْمِلُهُ الْأُمُورُ

Yaa man laa taghayyiruhu adduhooru wa laa tublihi alazminatu wa laa tahmiluhu alumooru

O One whom time does not change, nor do ages wear out, nor is He burdened by matters.

يَا مَنْ لَا يَذُوقُ الْمَوْتَ وَلَا يَخَافُ الْفَوْتَ

Yaa man laa yadhooq almawta wa laa yakhaafu alfawta

O One who does not taste death and does not fear loss.

يَا مَنْ لَا تَضُرُّهُ الذُّنُوبُ وَلَا تَنْقُصُهُ الْمَغْفِرَةُ

Yaa man laa tadhurruhu adhdhunoobu wa laa tanqusu almaghfirah

O One whom sins do not harm, nor does forgiveness diminish Him.

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

Salli 'ala Muhammad wa aalihi

Send blessings upon Muhammad and his family.

وَهَبْ لِي مَا لَا يَنْقُصُكَ وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا لَا يَضُرُّكَ وَافْعَلْ بِي مَا أَنْتَ أَهْلُهُ

Wahab li ma laa yanqusuq wa ighfir li ma laa yadhurruq wa af'al bi ma anta ahluh

Grant me what does not diminish You, forgive me for what does not harm You, and deal with me as You are worthy.

10. Recite "Allaahumma A'afinaa"

اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنَا مِنْ كُلِّ بَلَاءِ الدُّنْيَاوَاصْرِفْ عَنَّا شَرَّ الدُّنْيَا وَ شَرَّ الْآخِرَۃِوَارْزُقْنَا خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَ خَيْرَ الْآخِرَۃِبِفَضْلِکَ وَ رَحْمَتِکَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.

allaahumma a’afinaa min kulli balaa-id dunyaa was’-rif a’nnaa sharrad dunyaa wa sharral aakhirati war-zuqnaa khayrad dunyaa wa khayrul aakhirati bifaz”lika wa rah’matika yaa arh’amar raah’imeen

Oh Allah save us from all tribulations of the world; and turn away from us the evil of the world and the evil of the hereafter; and give us the good of the world and the good of the hereafter; By Thy grace and by Thy mercy, Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful!"

11. Recite :"Allhumma haza salati"

اَللّٰهُمَّ هٰذِهٖ صَلَاتِي صَلَّيْتُهَا لَا لِحَاجَةٍ مِنْكَ إِلَيْهَا وَ لَا رَغْبَةٍ مِنْكَ فِيْهَا إِلَّا تَعْظِيمًا وَ طَاعَةً وَ إِجَابَةً لَّكَ إِلىٰ مَا أَمَرْتَنِي

Oh Allah, this is the prayer that I have offered to thee. In offering it I have no need from Thee and no personal wish from Thee except to bow down (before Thy majesty) and to obey Thee and to comply with what Thou hast commanded me.

إِلَهِي إِنْ كَانَ فِيْهَا خَلَلٌ أَوْ نَقْصٌ مِنْ رُكُوْعِهَا أَوْ سُجُوْدِهَا أَوْ قِيَامِهَا أَوْ قُعُوْدِهَا فَلَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي وَ تَفَضَّلْ عَلَيَّ بِالْقَبُوْلِ وَ الْغُفْرَانِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.

“ Oh Allah, do not punish me if there has been any flaw or defect in my bowings, my prostrations or my standings or sittings, and bestow Thy grace on me by Thy acceptance and forgiveness by Thy mercy. Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful!”

12.Then recite the following:"A'ooza be'izzatil-lahe"

أَعُوْذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللهِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِقُدْرَةِ الله وَ أَعُوْذُ بِمَغْفِرَةِ اللهِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِرَحْمَةِ اللهِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِسُلْطَانِ اللهِ الَّذِيْ هُوَ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌوَ

A'ooza be'izzatil-lahe wa a'oozo be-qoodaratil-lahe wa a'oozo be-magh-firatil-lahe wa a'oozo be-rahmatil-lahe, wa a'oozo be-sooltanil-lahil-lazi-hova ala koolle shai'in qadeer.

"I seek refuge in the might of Allah, and I seek refuge in the power of Allah, and I seek refuge in the forgiveness of Allah, and I seek refuge in the mercy of Allah, I seek refuge in the dominion of Allah, He Who has power over all things

أَعُوْذُ بِكَرَمِ اللهِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِجَمْعِ اللهِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيْدٍ وَ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيْدٍ وَ كُلِّ مُغْتَالٍ وَ سَارِقٍ وَ عَارِضٍ

Wa a'o-ozo be - karamil-lahe wa a'ooze be jamillahes min sharre koolle jabbarin aneedin wa shaitanin mareed , koolle mookh-talin wa sare-qin wa arezin

and I seek refuge in the mercy of Allah from the evil of all strong tyrants and the rebellious Shaitan, and all persons who attack from ambush, thieves and all accidents;

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ السَّامَّةِ وَ الْهَامَّةِ وَ الْعَامَّةِ

wa min sharris saam-mate val-haam-mate val-aam mate,

and from the poisonous animals, and noxious insects and reptiles and evil of the common people

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ صَغِيْرَةٍ وَ كَبِيْرَةٍ بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ

wa min sharre koolle daab-batin saghiratin av kabiratin be lailin wa naharin,

and from the menace of the small and big beasts in the nigh or in the day;

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ فُسَّاقِ الْعَرَبِ وَ الْعَجَمِ وَ فُجَّارِهِمْ

wa min sharre foossaquil-arabe val-aajame wa foojjarehim,

and from the evil of the transgressors of Arab and non-Arabs and their sinners,

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ

wa min sharre fasaqatit jinne val-inse,

and from the evil of the transgressors among Jinn and men

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ رَبِّي آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيْمٍ.

wa min sharre koolle daab-batin anta aakhizoon benasiyateha inna rabbi ala siratim moostaqeem

and from the evil of all living creatures which Thou holds by their forelock. Surely straight is the path of my Lord".

13.Then recite the following: Allhumma be haqqe Muhammad..

اَللّٰهُمَّ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلِّ عَلىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

"Oh Allah! By the truth of Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad, bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad;

وَ لَا تُؤْمِنَّا مَكْرَكَ وَ لَا تُنْسِنَا ذِكْرَكَ وَ لَا تَكْشِفْ عَنَّا سِتْرَكَ

and save me from Thy plan; and make us not forgetful of Thy remembrance;and do not disclose our defects which Thou has concealed;

وَ لَا تَحْرِمْنَا فَضْلَكَ وَ لَا تُحِلَّ عَلَيْنَا غَضَبَكَ وَ لَا تُبَاعِدْنَا مِنْ جِوَارِكَ وَ لَا تَنْقُصْنَا مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ

and do not deprive us of Thy grace; and do not bring down Thy wrath on us; and do not send us away from Thy vicinity and do not diminish Thy mercy on us;

وَ لَا تَنْزِعْ مِنَّا بَرَكَتَكَ وَ لَا تَمْنَعْنَا عَافِيَتَكَ وَ أَصْلِحْ لَنَا مَا أَعْطَيْتَنَا

and do not deflect Thy blessing from us; and do not deprive us of Thy salvation and set aright what thou has given us;

وَ زِدْنَا مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْمُبَارَكِ الطَّيِّبِ الْحَسَنِ الْجَمِيْلِ وَ لَا تُغَيِّرْ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَتِكَ وَ لَا تُؤْيِسْنَا مِنْ رَوْحِكَ وَ لَا تُهِنَّا بَعْدَ كَرَامَتِكَ

and increase Thy blessed, excellent and fine bounty on us; and do not alter thy blessings which we possess and do not remove us away from Thy abundance for undoubtedly thou art most generous;

وَ لَا تُضِلَّنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنا وَ هَبْ لَنا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ

and do not let us go astray after thou hast guided us aright; and grant us from Thee mercy. Verily, Thou are Most generous.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ قُلُوْبَنَا سَالِمَةً وَ أَرْوَاحَنَا طَيِّبَةً وَ أَزْوَاجَنَا مُطَهَّرَةً وَ أَلْسِنَتَنَا صَادِقَةً وَ إِيْمَانَنَا دَائِماً وَ يَقِيْنَنَا صَادِقاً وَ تِجَارَتَنَا لَا تَبُورُ

Oh Allah! make our hearts obedient to Thee and our souls good, and keep our wives chaste, and make our tongues truthful and our belief lasting and our certainty sincere and do not destroy our livelihood

اللَّهُمَ آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.

our Lord! Grant us good in the world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the chastisement of the fire".

يا رَبَّ مُحَمَّدٍ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، يا رَبَّ مُحَمَّدٍ إِحْفَظْ غَيْبَةَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، يا رَبَّ مُحَمَّدٍ إِنْتَقِمْ لِابْنَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ عليهما السلام .

O' Lord of Muhammad hasten the relief of the family of Muhammad, O' Lord of Muhammad protect the absence of Muhammad, O' Lord of Muhammad retaliate for the daughter of Muhammad (peace be on them).

أَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ . أَللَّهُمَّ إنَّ رَسُولَكَ الصَّادِقَ الْمُصَدَّقَ صَلَواتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ قالَ إِنَّكَ قُلْتَ ما تَرَدَّدْتُ في شَيْءٍ أَنَا فاعِلُهُ كَتَرَدُّدي في قَبْضِ رُوحِ عَبْدِيَ الْمُؤْمِنِ، يَكْرَهُ الْمَوْتَ وَأَنَا أَكْرَهُ مَساءَتَهُ .

O' Allah! Send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad, O' Allah! Verily Your Prophet, the faithful ones and the trust worthy ones report Your saying that You said: You did not hesitate in anything like You do when taking the life of a good believing servant, he dislike death while I dislike causing him harm.

أَللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، وَعَجِّلْ لِوَلِيِّكَ الْفَرَجَ ، وَالنَّصْرَ وَالْعافِيَةَ ، وَلاتَسُؤْني في نَفْسي ، وَلا في فُلانٍ .

O' Allah send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad and hasten Your guard's relief, grant him good health and victory, and don't cause evil to my soul, and don't cause me evil through So and so person.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا، وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا، وَتَوْبَةً نَصُوحًا، وَلِسَانًا ذَاكِرًا، وَبَدَنًا حَلِيمًا، وَرِزْقًا مَزِيدًا، وَعِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَعَمَلًا صَالِحًا، وَدُعَاءً مُسْتَجَابًا، وَذَنْبًا مَغْفُورًا، وَرِزْقًا صَادِقًا، وَذُرِّيَّةً صَالِحَةً، وَشِفَاءً شَافِيًا، وَمَصِيرًا مُبَارَكًا، وَنَصْرًا قَرِيبًا، وَنَعِيمًا دَائِمًا، وَالْجَنَّةَ، وَالْحَرِيرَ، وَالنَّضَارَةَ، وَالسُّرُورَ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.

Allahumma inni as'aluka sabran jameelan, wa ajran azeeman, wa tawbatan nasoohan, wa lisanan dhakiran, wa badanan haleeman, wa rizqan mazeedan, wa 'ilman naafi'an, wa 'amalan salihan, wa du'aa'an mustajaaban, wa dhanban maghfooran, wa rizqan saadiqan, wa dhurriyyatan salihatan, wa shifaa'an shaafiyan, wa maseeran mubaarakan, wa nasran qareeban, wa na'eeman daaiman, wal-jannata, wal-hareera, wan-nadharata, was-surura, birahmatika yaa arhamar-raahimeen.

"Oh Allah! I ask Thee for joyful patience, great reward; sincere turning; a remembering tongue; forbearing body; increased subsistence beneficial knowledge and good action; granted supplication; forgiven sin; honest livelihood; decent children; wholesome cure; a blessed destination; a victory close at hand; and lasting bliss and the Paradise, and silk, and freshness and vigour, and delight, by Thy mercy, Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful!"

ReciteSyeda Fatima Zehra (sa) Dua after isha Salat

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تَوَاضَعَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِعَظَمَتِهٖ، سُبْحَانَ مَنْ ذَلَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِعِزَّتِهٖ، سُبْحَانَ مَنْ خَضَعَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِاَمْرِهٖ وَ مُلْكِهٖ.

subhaana man tawaa-za-a’ kullo shay-in le-a’zamatehi, subhaana man zalla kullo shay-in le-i’zzatehi, subhaana man khaza-a’ kullo shay-in le-amrehi wa mulkehi.

Glorified is the one, before whose greatness, everything is subservient. Glorified is the one, before whose power, everything is debased.

سُبْحَانَ مَنِ انْقَادَتْ لَهُ الْاُمُوْرُ بِاَزِمَّتِهَا.

subhaana manin qaadat lahul omooro be-azimmatehaa.

Glorified is the one, before whose command and kingdom, everything is humble.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَنْسَى مَنْ ذَكَرَهُ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī lā yansā man dhakarahu,

All praise belongs to Allah, Who never forgets the one who remembers Him,

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يُخَيِّبُ مَنْ دَعَاهُ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī lā yukhayyibu man da‘āhu,

All praise belongs to Allah, Who never disappoints the one who calls upon Him,

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَاهُ.

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī man tawakkala ‘alayhi kafāhu.

All praise belongs to Allah, Who suffices whoever relies upon Him.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ سَامِكِ السَّمَاءِ، وَ سَاطِحِ الْأَرْضِ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi sāmiḳi as-samā’i, wa sāṭiḥi al-arḍi,

All praise belongs to Allah, the One Who raised the heavens and spread the earth,

وَ حَاصِرِ الْبِحَارِ، وَ نَاضِدِ الْجِبَالِ،

Wa ḥāṣiri al-biḥāri, wa nāḍidi al-jibāli,

and Who confines the seas, and Who sets firm the mountains,

وَ بَارِئِ الْحَيَوَانِ، وَ خَالِقِ الشَّجَرِ،

Wa bāri’i al-ḥayawāni, wa khāliqi ash-shajari,

and Who created living beings, and Who brought forth the trees,

وَ فَاتِحِ يَنَابِيعِ الْأَرْضِ، وَ مُدَبِّرِ الْأُمُورِ،

Wa fātiḥi yanābī‘i al-arḍi, wa mudabbiri al-umūri,

and Who opened the springs of the earth, and Who directs the affairs,

وَ مُسَيِّرِ السَّحَابِ، وَ مُجْرِي الرِّيحِ وَ الْمَاءِ،

Wa musayyiri as-saḥābi, wa mujri ar-rīḥi wa al-mā’i,

and Who drives the clouds, and Who sets in motion the wind and the water,

وَ النَّارِ مِنْ أَغْوَارِ الْأَرْضِ، مُتَسَارِعَاتٍ فِي الْهَوَاءِ،

Wa an-nāri min aghwāri al-arḍi, mutasāri‘ātin fī al-hawā’i,

and the fire from the depths of the earth, swiftly moving in the air,

وَ مُهْبِطِ الْحَرِّ وَ الْبَرْدِ.

Wa muhbiti al-ḥarri wa al-bardi.

and Who sends down heat and cold.

اَلَّذِيْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ الصَّالِحَاتُ، وَ بِشُكْرِهِ تُسْتَوْجَبُ الزِّيَادَاتُ،

Alladhī bina‘matihi tatimmu aṣ-ṣāliḥātu, wa bishukrihi tustawjabu az-ziyādātu,

The One by Whose blessing good deeds are completed, and by Whose gratitude increases are deserved,

وَبِأَمْرِهِ قَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ، وَبِعِزَّتِهِ اسْتَقَرَّتِ الرَّاسِيَاتُ،

Wa bi’amrihi qāmati as-samāwātu, wa bi‘izzatihi istaqarrati ar-rāsiyātu,

and by His command the heavens were established, and by His might the firm mountains were set,

وَسَبَّحَتِ الْوُحُوشُ فِي الْفَلَوَاتِ، وَالطَّيْرُ فِي الْوَكَنَاتِ.

Wa sabbaḥati al-wuḥūshu fī al-falawāti, waṭ-ṭayru fī al-wakanāti.

and the wild beasts glorify Him in the open fields, and the birds in their nests.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَفِيعِ الدَّرَجَاتِ، مُنْزِلِ الْآيَاتِ، وَاسِعِ الْبَرَكَاتِ، سَاتِرِ الْعَوْرَاتِ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi rafī‘i ad-darajāti, munzili al-āyāti, wāsi‘i al-barakāti, sātiri al-‘awrāti,

All praise belongs to Allah, the Exalted in ranks, Revealer of signs, Expander of blessings, and Concealer of faults,

قَابِلِ الْحَسَنَاتِ، مُقِيلِ الْعَثَرَاتِ، مُنَفِّسِ الْكُرُبَاتِ، مُنْزِلِ الْبَرَكَاتِ،

Qābili al-ḥasanāti, muqīli al-‘atharāti, munaffisi al-kurubāti, munzili al-barakāti,

Accepter of good deeds, Forgiver of stumbles, Reliever of distresses, and Sender of blessings,

مُجِيبِ الدَّعَوَاتِ، مُحْيِي الْأَمْوَاتِ، إِلٰهِ مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ السَّمَاوَاتِ.

Mujībi ad-da‘awāti, muḥyī al-amwāti, ilāha man fī al-arḍi wa as-samāwāti.

Answerer of prayers, Reviver of the dead, God of all in the earth and the heavens.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَمْدٍ وَ ذِكْرٍ، وَ شُكْرٍ وَ صَبْرٍ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi ‘alā kulli ḥamdin wa dhikrin, wa shukrin wa ṣabrin,

All praise belongs to Allah for every praise and remembrance, and for gratitude and patience,

وَ صَلَاةٍ وَ زَكَاةٍ، وَ قِيَامٍ وَ عِبَادَةٍ، وَ سَعَادَةٍ وَ بَرَكَةٍ،

Wa ṣalātin wa zakātin, wa qiyāmin wa ‘ibādah, wa sa‘ādah wa barakah,

and for prayer and almsgiving, for standing in worship and servitude, for happiness and blessing,

وَ زِيَادَةٍ وَ رَحْمَةٍ، وَ نِعْمَةٍ وَ كَرَامَةٍ، وَ فَرِيضَةٍ وَ سَرَّاءَ وَ ضَرَّاءَ،

Wa ziyādah wa raḥmah, wa ni‘mah wa karāmah, wa farīḍah wa sarā’a wa ḍarrā’a,

and for increase and mercy, for bounty and honor, for obligations, for ease and hardship,

وَ شِدَّةٍ وَ رَخَاءٍ، وَ مُصِيبَةٍ وَ بَلَاءٍ، وَ عُسْرٍ وَ يُسْرٍ،

Wa shiddah wa rakhā’, wa muṣībah wa balā’, wa ‘usrin wa yusrin,

and for severity and relief, for trials and afflictions, for difficulty and ease,

وَ غِنَاءٍ وَ فَقْرٍ، وَ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ، وَ فِي كُلِّ أَوَانٍ وَ زَمَانٍ،

Wa ghinā’in wa faqr, wa ‘alā kulli ḥālin, wa fī kulli awānin wa zamānin,

and for wealth and poverty, in every state, and in every time and age,

وَ فِي كُلِّ مَثْوًى وَ مُنْقَلَبٍ وَ مُقَامٍ.

Wa fī kulli mathwan wa munqalabin wa maqāmin.

and in every dwelling, return, and station.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَائِذٌ بِكَ، وَ لَائِذٌ بِحِمَاكَ،

Allāhumma innī ‘ā’idun bika, wa lā’iḏun bi-ḥimāk,

O Allah, I seek refuge in You, and I cling to Your protection,

مُتَحَرِّزٌ فِي حِصْنِكَ، مُتَعَرِّضٌ لِرَحْمَتِكَ،

Mutaharrizun fī ḥiṣnik, muta‘arriḍun li-raḥmatik,

seeking safety within Your fortress, exposing myself to Your mercy,

وَ مُسْتَسْلِمٌ لِقَضَائِكَ، وَ رَاضٍ بِحُكْمِكَ،

Wa mustaslimun li-qaḍā’ik, wa rāḍin bi-ḥukmik,

surrendering to Your decree, and content with Your judgment,

مُوَكِّلٌ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، أَفْوَضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللهِ،

Muwakkilun amrī ilayk, ufawwiḍu amrī ilā-llāh,

entrusting my affair to You, I consign my matter to Allah,

إِنَّ اللهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ.

Inna-llāha baṣīrun bil-‘ibād.

Indeed, Allah sees His servants.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يُرْجَى إِلَّا فَضْلُهُ،

Al-ḥamdu lillāhi alladhī lā yurjā illā faḍluhu,

All praise belongs to Allah, the One from whom only bounty is hoped,

وَلَا يُسْأَلُ إِلَّا عَفْوُهُ، وَلَا يُنْظَرُ إِلَّا بِرُّهُ،

Wa lā yus’alu illā ‘afwuhu, wa lā yunẓaru illā birruhu,

and none is asked except for His pardon, and none is looked to except His kindness,

وَلَا يُخَافُ إِلَّا عَدْلُهُ، وَلَا يُدْرَكُ إِلَّا عِلْمُهُ،

Wa lā yukhāfu illā ‘adluhu, wa lā yudraku illā ‘ilmuhu,

and none is feared except His justice, and none comprehends except His knowledge,

وَلَا يُحَاطُ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانِهِ، وَلَا يَبْقَى إِلَّا مُلْكُهُ،

Wa lā yuḥāṭu illā bisulṭānihi, wa lā yabqā illā mulkuhu,

and none encompasses except by His authority, and nothing endures except His dominion,

وَلَا يُعْبَدُ إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ.

Wa lā yu‘badu illā iyyāh, wa lā ilāha illā huwa.

and none is worshipped except Him; there is no god but He.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي أَخْشَاكَ كَأَنِّي أَرَاكَ أَبَدًا حَتَّى أَلْقَاكَ،

Allāhumma ij‘alnī akhshāk, ka’annī arāk abadan ḥattā alqāk,

O Allah, make me fear You as though I see You always, until I meet You,

وَأَسْعِدْنِي بِتَقْوَاكَ، وَلَا تُشْقِنِي بِمَعْصِيَتِكَ،

Wa as‘idnī bi-taqwāk, wa lā tushqīnī bi-ma‘siyatika,

And make me joyful through Your piety, and do not let me be afflicted by disobedience to You,

وَخِرْ لِي فِي قَضَائِكَ، وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي قَدَرِكَ،

Wa khir lī fī qaḍā’ika, wa bārik lī fī qadarika,

Make whatever happens by Your decree good for me, and bless me in what You have destined,

حَتَّى لَا أُحِبَّ تَعْجِيلَ مَا أَخَّرْتَ وَلَا تَأْخِيرَ مَا عَجَّلْتَ،

Ḥattā lā uḥibba ta‘jīla mā akhkharta wa lā ta’khīra mā ‘ajjalt,

Until I dislike hastening what You have delayed, and delaying what You hastened,

وَاجْعَلْ غِنَايَ فِي نَفْسِي، وَأَمْتِعْنِي بِسَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي، وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَرِثَينِ مِنِّي،

Wa ij‘al ghināya fī nafsī, wa amti‘nī bi-sam‘ī wa baṣarī, wa ij‘lahumā al-warithayni minnī,

And make richness in my self; grant me the enjoyment of my hearing and my sight; and let them be my inheritors,

وَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنِي، وَأَرِنِي فِيهِ ثَأْرِي، وَأَقِرَّ بِذَلِكَ عَيْنِي .

Wa anṣurnī ‘alā man ẓalamani, wa arinī fīhi tha’irī, wa aqirru bidhālika ‘aynī.

And support me against those who wronged me; show me my vindication; and confirm that in my eyes.

اَللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي حَسَدَ الْحَاسِدِينَ، وَبَغْيَ الْبَاغِينَ، وَكَيْدَ الْكَائِدِينَ،

Allāhumma ikfinī ḥasada al-ḥāsidīn, wa baghya al-bāghīn, wa kayda al-kā’idīn,

O Allah, protect me from the envy of the envious, the oppression of the oppressors, and the plots of the schemers,

وَمَكْرَ الْمَاكِرِينَ، وَحِيلَةَ الْمُحْتَالِينَ، وَغِيلَةَ الْمُغْتَالِينَ، وَظُلْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ،

Wa makra al-mākirīn, wa ḥīlata al-muḥtālīn, wa ghīlata al-mughtālīn, wa ẓulma aẓ-ẓālimīn,

and the deception of the crafty, the schemes of the fraudulent, the ambush of the assassins, and the injustice of the oppressors,

وَجَوْرَ الْجَائِرِينَ، وَاعْتِدَاءَ الْمُعْتَدِينَ، وَسَخَطَ الْمُسْخِطِينَ، وَتَشَحُّبَ الْمُتَشَحِّبِينَ،

Wa jawra al-jā’irīn, wa i‘tida’a al-mu‘tadīn, wa sakhaṭa al-muskhiṭīn, wa tashaḥḥuba al-mutashaḥḥibīn,

and the tyranny of the transgressors, the aggression of the aggressors, the anger of the enragers, and the malice of the malicious,

وَصَوْلَةَ الصَّائِلِينَ، وَاقْتِسَارَ الْمُقْتَسِرِينَ، وَغَشْمَ الْغَاشِمِينَ، وَخَبْطَ الْخَابِطِينَ،

Wa ṣawlat aṣ-ṣā’ilīn, wa iqtisār al-muqtisirīn, wa ghashma al-ghāshimīn, wa khabṭ al-khābiṭīn,

and the attacks of the assailants, the stinginess of the miserly, the oppression of the violent, and the blows of the aggressors,

وَسِعَايَةَ السَّاعِينَ، وَنَمَامَةَ النَّمَّامِينَ، وَسِحْرَ السَّحَرَةِ وَالْمَرَدَّةِ وَالشَّيَاطِينِ،

Wa siyāyata as-sā‘īn, wa namāmat an-nammāmīn, wa siḥra as-saḥarah wa al-muraddah wa ash-shayāṭīn,

and the deeds of the schemers, the gossip of the slanderers, and the magic of the sorcerers, the rebellious, and the devils,

وَجَوْرَ السَّلَاطِينَ وَمَكْرُوْهَ الْعَالَمِينَ.

Wa jawra as-salātīn, wa makrū al-‘ālamīn.

and the injustice of rulers and the deceit of the people of the world.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْمَخْزُونِ الطَّيِّبِ الطَّاهِرِ،

Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi-ismika al-makhzūni aṭ-ṭayyibi aṭ-ṭāhir,

O Allah, I ask You by Your stored, pure, and holy Name,

الَّذِي قَامَتْ بِهِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ، وَأشْرَقَتْ لَهُ الظُّلُمُ،

Alladhī qāmat bihi as-samāwātu wa al-arḍ, wa ashrāqat lahu aẓ-ẓulum,

by which the heavens and the earth were established, and darkness shone for it,

وَسَبَّحَتْ لَهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَوَجِلَتْ مِنْهُ الْقُلُوبُ، وَخَضَعَتْ لَهُ الرِّقَابُ،

Wa sabbaḥat lahu al-malā’ikah, wa wajilat minhu al-qulūb, wa khaḍa‘at lahu ar-riqāb,

and the angels glorified Him, hearts trembled from Him, and necks humbled before Him,

وَأُحْيِيَتْ بِهِ الْمَوْتَى، أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي كُلَّ ذَنْبٍ أَذْنَبْتُهُ فِي ظُلُمِ اللَّيْلِ وَضَوْءِ النَّهَارِ،

Wa uḥyiyat bihi al-mawtā, an taghfir lī kull dhamb adh-nabtuhu fī ẓulumi al-layl wa ḍaw’i an-nahār,

and the dead were brought to life by it: that You forgive me every sin I committed in the darkness of night and light of day,

عَمْدًا أَوْ خَطَأً، سِرًّا أَوْ عَلَانِيَةً، وَأَنْ تَهَبَ لِي يَقِينًا وَهُدًى،

‘Amdan aw khaṭa’an, sirran aw ‘alāniyah, wa an tahba lī yaqīnan wa hudan,

whether intentionally or by mistake, secretly or openly, and that You grant me certainty and guidance,

وَنُورًا وَعِلْمًا وَفَهْمًا، حَتَّى أُقِيمَ كِتَابَكَ، وَأُحِلَّ حَلَالَكَ، وَأُحَرِّمَ حَرَامَكَ،

Wa nūran wa ‘ilman wa fahman, ḥattā uqīma kitābaka, wa uḥilla ḥalāluka, wa uḥarrima ḥarāmuka,

and light, knowledge, and understanding, until I uphold Your Book, make lawful Your lawful, and forbid Your forbidden,

وَأُؤَدِّيَ فَرَائِضَكَ، وَأُقِيمَ سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ.

Wa u’addī farā’iḍaka, wa uqīma sunnata nabiyyika Muḥammad ﷺ.

and perform Your obligations and establish the Sunnah of Your Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ.

اَللَّهُمَّ الْحِقْنِي بِصَالِحِ مَنْ مَضَى، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنْ صَالِحِ مَنْ بَقِيَ،

Allāhumma al-ḥiqnī bi-ṣāliḥi man maḍā, wa aj‘alnī min ṣāliḥi man baqī,

O Allah, join me with the righteous of those who have passed, and make me among the righteous of those who remain,

وَاخْتِمْ لِي عَمَلِي بِأَحْسَنِهِ، إِنَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ.

Wa ikhtim lī ‘amalī bi-aḥsanihi, innaka ghafūrun raḥīm.

and seal my deeds with the best of them; indeed, You are Forgiving, Merciful,

اَللَّهُمَّ إِذَا فَنَى عُمْرِي وَتَصَرَّمَتْ أَيَّامُ حَيَاتِي، وَكَانَ لَا بُدَّ لِي مِنْ لِقَائِكَ،

Allāhumma idhā fanā ‘umrī wa taṣarramat ayyāmu ḥayātī, wa kāna lā budda lī min liqā’ika,

O Allah, if my life ends and the days of my existence are over, and I must meet You,

فَأَسْأَلُكَ – يَا لَطِيفُ – أَنْ تُوْجِبَ لِي مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْزِلًا،

Fa as’aluka – yā Laṭīf – an tujib lī mina al-jannah manzilan,

then I ask You – O Gentle One – to grant me a place in Paradise,

يَغْبِطُنِي بِهِ الْأَوَّلُونَ وَالآخِرُونَ.

Yaghbiṭunī bihi al-awwalūn wa al-ākhirūn.

which will make the earliest and the latest of creation rejoice for me.

اَللَّهُمَّ اقْبَلْ مِدْحَتِي وَالْتِهَافِي، وَارْحَمْ ضَرَاعَتِي وَهُتَافِي،

Allāhumma iqbal miḍḥatī wa al-tihāfī, wa arḥam ḍarā‘atī wa hutāfī,

O Allah, accept my praise and my supplications, and have mercy on my humility and my cries,

وَاقْرَارِي عَلَى نَفْسِي وَاعْتِرَافِي، فَقَدْ أَسْمَعْتُكَ صَوْتِي فِي الدَّاعِينَ،

Wa iq'rārī ‘alā nafsī wa i‘tirāfī, faqad asma‘tuka ṣawtī fī ad-dā‘īn,

and my acknowledgment of myself, for I have made You hear my voice among the supplicants,

وَخُشُوعِي فِي الضَّارِعِينَ، وَمِدْحَتِي فِي الْقَائِلِينَ، وَتَسْبِيحِي فِي الْمَادِحِينَ.

Wa khushū‘ī fī aḍ-ḍāri‘īn, wa miḍḥatī fī al-qā’ilīn, wa tasbīḥī fī al-mādiḥīn,

and my humility among the prostrators, my praise among those who speak, and my glorification among the eulogists,

وَأَنْتَ مُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ، وَمُغِيْثُ الْمُسْتَغِيْثِينَ، وَغِيَاثُ الْمَلْهُوفِينَ،

Wa anta mujīb al-muḍṭarriyyin, wa mughīthu al-mustaghīthīn, wa ghiyāthu al-malhūfīn,

and You are the Responder to the distressed, the Helper of those who seek help, and the Succor of the anxious,

وَحِرْزُ الْهَارِبِينَ، وَصَرِيخُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَمُقِيلُ الْمُذْنِبِينَ.

Wa ḥirzu al-hāribīn, wa ṣarīkhu al-mu’minīn, wa muqīlu al-mudhnibīn.

the Protector of those who flee, the Cry of the believers, and the Protector of the sinners,

وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى الْبَشِيرِ النَّذِيرِ وَالسِّرَاجِ الْمُنِيرِ، وَعَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ.

Wa ṣallā allāhu ‘alā al-bashīri an-nadhīr wa as-sirāj al-munīr, wa ‘alā al-malā’ikah wa an-nabiyyīn.

and may Allah send blessings upon the Bearer of Good News and Warner, the Illuminating Lamp, and upon the angels and the prophets.

اَللَّهُمَّ دَاحِيَ الْمَدْحُوَّاتِ، وَبَارِءَ الْمَسْمُوكَاتِ، وَجَبَّالَ الْقُلُوبِ عَلَى فِطْرَتِهَا، شَقِيِّهَا وَسَعِيدِهَا.

Allāhumma dāḥī al-madḥawwāt, wa bāri’a al-masmūkāt, wa jabbāla al-qulūb ‘alā fiṭratihā, shaqīyihā wa sa‘īdihā.

O Allah, Knower of all praises, Creator of all named beings, and Molder of hearts according to their innate nature, both the miserable and the happy,

اِجْعَلْ شَرَائِفَ صَلَوَاتِكَ، وَنَوَامِيَ بَرَكَاتِكَ وَكَرَائِمَ تَحِيَّاتِكَ، عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ وَأَمِينِكَ عَلَى وَحْيِكَ.

Ij‘al sharā’ifa ṣalawātik, wa nawāmī barakātik wa karā’ima taḥiyyātik, ‘alā Muḥammad ‘abdik wa rasūlik wa amīnik ‘alā waḥyik.

Place the nobility of Your prayers, the heights of Your blessings, and the best of Your greetings upon Muhammad, Your servant, messenger, and trustworthy guardian of Your revelation,

الْقَائِمِ بِحُجَّتِكَ، وَالذَّابِّ عَنْ حَرَمِكَ، وَالصَّادِعِ بِأَمْرِكَ، وَالْمُشَيِّدِ لِآيَاتِكَ وَالْمُوْفِي لِنَذْرِكَ.

Al-qā’im bi-ḥujjatik, wa adh-dhābb ‘an ḥaramik, wa aṣ-ṣādi‘ bi-amrik, wa al-mushayyid li-āyātik wa al-muwaffī li-nadhrik.

The one who stands by Your proof, defends Your sanctuary, enforces Your command, erects Your signs, and fulfills his vows to You.

اَللَّهُمَّ فَأَعْطِهِ بِكُلِّ فَضِيلَةٍ مِنْ فَضَائِلِهِ، وَمَنْقَبَةٍ مِنْ مَنَاقِبِهِ، وَحَالٍ مِنْ أَحْوَالِهِ، وَمَنْزِلَةٍ مِنْ مَنَازِلِهِ.

Allāhumma fa-a‘ṭihi bi-kulli faḍīlah min faḍā’ilih, wa manqabah min manāqibih, wa ḥāl min aḥwālih, wa manzilah min manāzilih.

O Allah, grant him every virtue of Your virtues, every merit of Your merits, a state from Your states, and a rank from Your ranks,

رَأَيْتَ مُحَمَّدًا لَكَ فِيهَا نَاصِرًا، وَعَلَى مَكْرُوهِ بَلَائِكَ صَابِرًا، وَلِمَنْ عَادَاكَ مُعَادِيًا، وَلِمَنْ وَالَاكَ مُوَالِيًا، وَعَمَّا كَرِهْتَ نَائِيًا، وَإِلَى مَا أَحْبَبْتَ دَاعِيًا.

Ra’ayta Muḥammadan laka fīhā nāṣiran, wa ‘alā makrūhi balā’ik ṣābiran, wa liman ‘ādāk mu‘ādyan, wa liman wālāk muwāliyā, wa ‘ammā karihta nā’iyan, wa ilā mā aḥbabta dā‘iyan.

You have seen Muhammad supporting You therein, patient against what displeased You, opposing whoever opposed You, allied with whoever befriended You, distant from what You disliked, and calling towards what You loved.

فَضَائِلَ مِنْ جَزَائِكَ وَخَصَائِصَ مِنْ عَطَائِكَ وَحِبَائِكَ، تُسْنِي بِهَا أَمْرَهُ،

Faḍā’il min jazā’ika wa khaṣā’iṣ min ‘aṭā’ika wa ḥibā’ika, tusnī bihā amrahu,

Virtues from Your recompense, and special favors from Your gifts and bounty, by which You perfect his affairs,

وَتُعْلِي بِهَا دَرَجَتَهُ مَعَ الْقُوَّامِ بِقِسْطِكَ، وَالذَّابِّينَ عَنْ حَرَمِكَ،

Wa tu‘lī bihā darajatahu ma‘a al-quwwām bi-qistika, wa adh-dhābbīn ‘an ḥaramik,

and elevate his rank among the upright by Your justice, and those defending Your sanctuary,

حَتَّى لَا يَبْقَى سَنَاءٌ وَلَا بَهَاءٌ وَلَا رَحْمَةٌ وَلَا كَرَامَةٌ إِلَّا خَصَّصْتَ مُحَمَّدًا بِذَلِكَ،

Ḥattā lā yabqā sanā’ wa lā bahā’ wa lā raḥmah wa lā karāmah illā khaṣṣasta Muḥammadan bidhālika,

until no splendor, glory, mercy, or honor remains except that You have made it specific to Muhammad,

وَأَتَيْتَهُ مِنْكَ الذُّرَى وَبَلَّغْتَهُ الْمَقَامَاتِ الْعُلَى، آمِينَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ.

Wa ataytahu minka adh-dhurā wa ballaghtahu al-maqāmāt al-‘ulā, āmīn, rabba al-‘ālamīn.

and granted him from You the highest ranks, and elevated him to the loftiest stations. Amen, Lord of the worlds.

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَوْدِعُكَ دِينِي وَنَفْسِي وَجَمِيعَ نِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ،

Allāhumma innī astawdi‘uka dīnī wa nafsī wa jamī‘a ni‘matika ‘alayya,

O Allah, I entrust to You my religion, my soul, and all Your blessings upon me,

فَاجْعَلْنِي فِي كَنَفِكَ وَحِفْظِكَ، وَعِزِّكَ وَمَنْعِكَ.

Fa-aj‘alnī fī kanafika wa ḥifẓik, wa ‘izzik wa man‘ik.

so place me under Your protection, preservation, honor, and safeguard,

عَزَّ جَارُكَ، وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ وَتَقَدَّسَتْ أَسْمَاؤُكَ،

‘Azza jāruk, wa jalla thanā’uk, wa taqaddasat asmā’uk,

Exalted is Your Neighbor, glorious is Your Praise, and sanctified are Your Names,

وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ حَسْبِي أَنْتَ فِي السَّرَّاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَالشِّدَّةِ وَالرَّخَاءِ، وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ.

Wa lā ilāha ghayruka ḥasbī anta fī as-sarrā’ wa ḍ-ḍarrā’ wa ash-shiddah wa ar-rakhā’, wa ni‘mal wakīl.

There is no deity besides You; You suffice for me in ease and hardship, in adversity and prosperity. Excellent is the Trustee.

رَبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ۝۴

Rabbana ‘alayka tawakkalnā wa ilayka anabnā wa ilayka al-maṣīr.

Our Lord, upon You we rely, to You we return, and to You is our destination.

رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا رَبَّنَا۝۰ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ۝۵

Rabbana lā taj‘alnā fitnah lil-ladhīna kafarū wa ighfir lanā rabbana, innaka anta al-‘azīz al-ḥakīm.

Our Lord, do not make us a trial for the disbelievers, and forgive us; indeed, You are the Mighty, the Wise.

رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ۝۰ۤ

Rabbana iṣrif ‘annā ‘adhāba jahannam.

Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell,

إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا۝۶۵ۤۖ إِنَّهَا سَاۗءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا۝۶۶

Inna ‘adhābahā kāna gharāman, innahā sā’at mustaqqarran wa muqāmā.

Indeed, its punishment is severe; truly it is a terrible abode and dwelling.

رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ۝۸۹

Rabbana iftaḥ baynanā wa bayna qawmnā bil-ḥaqq, wa anta khayru al-fātiḥīn.

Our Lord, establish justice between us and our people; You are the best of those who give victory.

رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ۝۱۹۳

Rabbana faghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa kaffir ‘annā sayyi’ātinā wa tawaffanā ma‘a al-abrār.

Our Lord, forgive our sins, remove our misdeeds, and let us die among the righteous.

رَبَّنَا وَآتِنَا مَا وَعَدْتَنَا عَلَى رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ۝۰ۭ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ۝۱۹۴

Rabbana wa ātinā mā wa‘adtanā ‘alā rusulika wa lā tukhzinā yawma al-qiyāmah, innaka lā tukhlifu al-mī‘ād.

Our Lord, grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection; indeed, You never break Your promise.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا۝۰ۚ

Rabbana lā tu’ākhidhnā in nasīnā aw akhṭa’nā.

Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake,

رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا۝۰ۚ

Rabbana wa lā taḥmil ‘alaynā iṣran kamā ḥamaltahu ‘alā alladhīna min qablina.

Our Lord, do not burden us with a responsibility as You burdened those before us,

رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ۝۰ۚ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا۝۰۪ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا۝۰۪ وَارْحَمْنَا۝۰۪ أَنْتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ۝۲۸۶ۧ

Rabbana wa lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqah lanā bih, wa‘fu ‘annā, wa-ghfir lanā, wa-rḥamnā, anta mawlānā fanṣurnā ‘alā al-qawmil-kāfirīn.

Our Lord, do not impose upon us that which we cannot bear, forgive us, pardon us, have mercy on us; You are our Protector, so grant us victory over the disbelieving people.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ۝۲۰۱

Rabbana ātinā fī ad-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fī al-ākhirah ḥasanatan wa qinā ‘adhāb an-nār.

Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمًا.

Wa ṣallā Allāhu ‘alā sayyidinā Muḥammad an-nabiyy wa ālihi aṭ-ṭāhirīn wa sallama taslīman.

And may Allah send blessings upon our Master Muhammad, the Prophet, and his pure family, and grant them peace completely.
