- 29
يَا مَنْ تُحَلُّ بِهِ عُقَدُ الْمَكَارِهِ ،
1O He through whom the knots of detested things are untied!
- 30
وَيَا مَنْ يُفْثَأُ بِهِ حَدُّ الشَّدَائِدِ،
2O He through whom the cutting edge of hardships is blunted!
- 31
وَيَا مَنْ يُلْتَمَسُ مِنْهُ الْمَخْرَجُ إلَى رَوْحِ الْفَرَجِ ،
3O He from whom is begged the outlet to the freshness of relief!

ذَلَّتْ لِقُدْرَتِـكَ الصِّعَابُ
4Intractable affairs yield to Your power,
- 33
وَتَسَبَّبَتْ بِلُطْفِكَ الاسْبَابُ ،
5means are made ready by Your gentleness,
- 34
وَجَرى بِقُدْرَتِكَ الْقَضَاءُ
6the decree goes into effect through Your power,
- 35
وَمَضَتْ عَلَى إرَادَتِكَ الاشْياءُ ،
7and all things proceed according to Your desire.

فَهْيَ بِمَشِيَّتِكَ دُونَ قَوْلِكَ مُؤْتَمِرَةٌ ،
8By Your desire they follow Your command without Your word

وَبِإرَادَتِكَ دُونَ نَهْيِكَ مُنْزَجِرَةٌ.
9and by Your will they obey Your bans without Your prohibition.

أَنْتَ الْمَدْعُوُّ لِلْمُهِمَّاتِ ،
10You art the supplicated in worries
- 39
وَأَنْتَ الْمَفزَعُ فِي الْمُلِمَّاتِ ،
11and the place of flight in misfortunes;
- 40
لاَيَنْدَفِعُ مِنْهَا إلاّ مَا دَفَعْتَ ،
12none of them is repelled unless You repellest,
- 41
وَلا يَنْكَشِفُ مِنْهَا إلاّ مَا كَشَفْتَ.
13and none is removed unless You removest.
- 42
وَقَدْ نَزَلَ بِي يا رَبِّ مَا قَدْ تَكَأدَنيَّ ثِقْلُهُ ،
14Upon me has come down, My Lord, something whose weight burdens me

وَأَلَمَّ بِي مَا قَدْ بَهَظَنِي حَمْلُهُ ،
15and upon me has fallen something whose carrying oppresses me.
- 44
وَبِقُدْرَتِكَ أَوْرَدْتَهُ عَلَيَّ
16Through Your power You hast brought it down upon me
- 45
وَبِسُلْطَانِكَ وَجَّهْتَهُ إليَّ.
17and through Your authority You hast turned it toward me.
- 46
فَلاَ مُصْدِرَ لِمَا أوْرَدْتَ ،
18None can send away what You hast brought,
- 47
وَلاَ صَارِفَ لِمَا وَجَّهْتَ ،
19none can deflect what You hast turned,
- 48
وَلاَ فَاتِحَ لِمَا أغْلَقْتَ ،
20none can open what You hast closed,
- 49
وَلاَ مُغْلِقَ لِمَا فَتَحْتَ ،
21none can close what You hast opened,
- 50
وَلاَ مُيَسِّرَ لِمَا عَسَّرْتَ،
22none can make easy what You hast made difficult,
- 51
وَلاَ نَاصِرَ لِمَنْ خَذَلْتَ
23none can help him whom You hast abandoned.
- 52
فَصَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ ،
24So bless Muhammad and his Household,
- 53
وَافْتَحْ لِي يَا رَبِّ بَابَ الْفَرَجِ بِطَوْلِكَ ،
25open for me, my Lord, the door of relief through Your graciousness,
- 54
وَاكْسِرْ عَنِّيْ سُلْطَانَ الْهَمِّ بِحَوْلِكَ ،
26break from me the authority of worry by Your strength,
- 55
وَأَنِلْيني حُسْنَ ألنَّظَرِ فِيمَا شَكَوْتُ ،
27confer the beauty of Your gaze upon my complaint,
- 56
وَأذِقْنِي حَلاَوَةَ الصُّنْعِ فِيمَا سَاَلْتُ.
28let me taste the sweetness of benefaction in what I ask,
- 57
وَهَبْ لي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَفَرَجاً هَنِيئاً
29give me from Yourself mercy and wholesome relief,
- 58
وَاجْعَلْ لِي مِنْ عِنْدِكَ مَخْرَجاً وَحِيّاً.
30and appoint for me from Yourself a quick way out!
- 59
وَلا تَشْغَلْنِي بالاهْتِمَامِ عَنْ تَعَاهُدِ فُرُوضِكَ وَاسْتِعْمَالِ سُنَّتِكَ.
31Distract me not through worry from observing Your obligations and acting in accordance with Your prescriptions.
- 60
فَقَدْ ضِقْتُ لِمَا نَزَلَ بِي يَا رَبِّ ذَرْعاً ،
32My capacity has been straitened, my Lord, by what has come down on me,
- 61
وَامْتَلاتُ بِحَمْلِ مَا حَـدَثَ عَلَيَّ هَمّاً ،
33and I am filled with worry by carrying what has happened to me,
- 62
وَأنْتَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى كَشْفِ مَا مُنِيتُ بِهِ ،
34while You hast power to remove what has afflicted me
- 63
وَدَفْعِ مَا وَقَعْتُ فِيهِ ،
35and to repel that into which I have fallen.
- 64
فَافْعَلْ بِي ذلِـكَ وَإنْ لَمْ أَسْتَوْجِبْهُ مِنْكَ ،
36So do that for me though I merit it not from You,
- 65
يَا ذَا العَرْشِ الْعَظِيمَ.
37O Possessor of the Mighty Throne!
