السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ أَیُّهَا الإِمَامُ الصَّادِقُ.
Peace be upon you; O veracious leader!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ أَیُّهَا الوَصِیُّ النَّاطِقُ.
Peace be upon you; O speaking successor!
- 3
السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ أَیُّهَا الفَاتِقُ الرَّاتِقُ.
Peace be upon you; O excellent splitter (of knowledge)!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ أَیُّهَا السَّنَامُ الأَعْظَمُ.
Peace be upon you; O greatest peak!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ أَیُّهَا الصِّرَاطُ الأَقْوَمُ.
Peace be upon you; O straightest path!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا مِفْتَاحَ الخَیْرَاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O key to all goodness!

السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا مِصْبَاحَ الْظُلُمَاتِ
Peace be upon you O he who is lantern in darkness

السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا دَافِعَ الْمُعْضِلَاتِ
Peace be upon you; O he who wards off unsolvable problems!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا مَعْدِنَ البَرَكَاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O essence of blessings!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا صَاحِبَ الحُجَجِ وَالدَّلالاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O owner of (irrefutable) proofs and signs!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا صَاحِبَ البَرَاهِینِ الوَاضِحَاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O owner of clear-cut points of evidence!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَاصِرَ دِینِ اللَّهِ.
Peace be upon you; O supporter of Allah’s religion!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَاشِرَ حُكْمِ اللَّهِ.
Peace be upon you; O promoter of Allah’s laws!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا فَاصِلَ الخِطَابَاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O decider of all speeches!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا كَاشِفَ الكُرُبَاتِ.
Peace be upon you; O reliever of agonies!
- 16
السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا عَمِیدَ الصَّادِقِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O head of the veracious ones!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا لِسَانَ النَّاطِقِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O spokesman of all speakers!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا خَلَفَ الخَائِفِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O inheritor of the Foremost Ones!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا زَعِیمَ الصَّالِحِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O chief of the veracious ones!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا سَیِّدَ المُسْلِمِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O master of Muslims!

السَّلامُ عَلَیْ. یَا كَهْفَ المُؤْمِنِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O haven of the believers!
- 22
السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا هَادِیَ المُضِلِّینَ.
Peace be upon you; O guide of the misleaders!
- 23
السَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا سَكَنَ الطَّائِعِینَ.
Peace be upon you; O center of the obedient ones!

أَشْهَدُ یَا مَوْلایَ أَنَّكَ عَلَمُ الهُدَى،
I bear witness, O my master, that you are verily the sign of true guidance,
- 25
وَالعُرْوَةُ الوُثْقَى، وَشَمْسُ الضُّحَى،
And the firmest handle, and the sunlight of forenoon,
- 26
وَبَحْرُ النَّدَى،وَكَهْفُ الوَرَى، وَالمَثَلُ الأَعْلَى،
and the ocean of Generosity,and the haven of created beings, and the most supreme ideal.

وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى رُوحِكَ وَبَدَنِكَ.
May Allah bless your soul and body…

واَلسَّلامُ عَلَیْكَ وَعَلَى العَبَّاس
And peace be upon you and upon al-Abbas,

عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ
the uncle of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's blessings be upon him

وَآلِهِ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه.
and his family, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Peace Be On You, O Imam Of The World!

السلام عليك أيها العروة الوثقى
Peace Be On You O Secure AndLasting Link Of Allah!

السلام عليك يا حبل الله المتين
Peace Be On You, O Strong Rope Of Allah!

السلام عليك يانوره المبين
Peace Be On You, O The Bright Light Of Allah!

Peace Be On You, O The Truthful

إلى الله بالحق
O True Inviter Of People Towards Allah!

اللهم كما جعلته معدن كلامك ووحيك وخازن علمك
O Allah! In The Same Way As You Have Made Him The Mine Of Your Words And Of Your Messages And The Treasurer Of Your Knowledge,

ولسان توحيد ووالي أمرك
And Give Him The Language Of Your Oneness, The Ownership Of Your Realm
- 40
ومستحفظ دينك ، فصلي عليه أفضل
And The Protectorship Of Your Religion, Send The Choicest Of Blessings On Him-
- 41
ماصليت على أحد من أوصيائك
The Same Blessings Bestowed By You On Your Regents And Successors.
- 42
وحججك إنك حميد مجيد
Surely, You Are Worthy Of Praise And Your Are Revered!
- 43
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ٱلصَّادِقِ
O Allah, (please) send blessings upon Ja`far the son of Muhammad the veracious,
- 44
خَازِنِ ٱلْعِلْمِ
the treasure of knowledge,
- 45
ٱلدَّاعِي إِلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ
the caller to You with the truth,
- 46
ٱلنُّورِ ٱلْمُبِينِ
and the manifest light.

اَللَّهُمَّ وَكَمَا جَعَلْتَهُ مَعْدِنَ كَلاَمِكَ وَوَحْيِكَ
O Allah, as You have made him the core of Your words and revelations,
- 48
وَخَازِنَ عِلْمِكَ
the treasure of Your knowledge,
- 49
وَلِسَانَ تَوْحِيدِكَ
the spokesman of the profession of Your Oneness,
- 50
وَوَلِيَّ أَمْرِكَ
the authorized to undertake Your mission,
- 51
وَمُسْتَحْفَظَ دِينِكَ
and the keeper of Your religion,
- 52
فَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ
so also (please) send blessings upon him
- 53
أَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ أَحَدٍ
with the most excellent blessings that You have ever sent upon any
- 54
مِنْ أَصْفِيَائِكَ وَحُجَجِكَ
of Your elite people and arguments.
- 55
إنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Verily, You are full of praise, full or glory.
